Every time I go to LensCrafters (Warwick Mall), I get treated with professionalism, and quality glasses/frames selections.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful in assuring I received the best fit for my glasses. Great personalities and EXTREMELY professional.

Absolutely amazing experience……the gentleman who helped me was named Kanara I hope he doesn’t mind me mentioning him by name but he made sure to understand what I was looking for and once he did he got me the exact item I wanted exactly how I wanted it. A+ service. Highly recommend.

My lens came out and a piece of my frame came off well after the warranty expired. Lens Crafters, led by Heline, fixed my frames at no cost. This is where I will do my business.

I specifically come here to work with Helene. She is extremely helpful, patient and makes shopping an enjoyable experience.

Both the Doctors office and optical side are extremely helpful and kind. If you want to see and feel great with glasses this is the place to go.

Great service! My visit was out of necessity, I had a pair of glasses that were not wearable. I was not even sure if my lenses could be fitted into a new frame. Mary was knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to talk to. She had me in and out In 10 minutes. I will be returning for new frames when I need them. I will also be returning for a new prescription and exam when the time comes. If you go anywhere else, you will be making a mistake!

Mary was amazing! We had to come in as my son broke his glasses. She had them fixed in less than five minutes! They were so nice and helpful we are so happy we can to Lens Crafters at the Warwick mall.

Mallory was friendly, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and patient. We didn’t know what to expect walking in but we had a blast shopping for new glasses with her!

Dr. Glaser explains the screenings and the exam and is very informative. I then purchased a pair of sunglasses and the tech was very helpful and friendly.

I was given the wrong prescription for a year, scammed out of the warranty/replacement program and discriminated against by the manager.

I had an issue with my glasses unexpectedly cracking, and Helene and the store manager were very professional and accommodating, providing a response and solution that was far better than anything I had expected. LC, you have a great team here in Warwick RI
