I’ve been working with Sean Lennon and his incredible team at Nationwide for several years. It’s always been important to me to have a local office that welcomed me with any questions I had about any of my policies. Recently, we had to report a claim, and from the second I called I felt comfortable. “if you need anything or have any questions, we are here, and will support you through this process, ” is what Jaycee told me the day I filed. The claim went through with constant text and email updates, and within a few days an adjuster was out and did a thorough inspection. 5 days later the claim was settled, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This is why I work with Sean. Him and his team treats you as if we are family. When unfortunate things happen, especially in these times, it’s comforting to know there are companies and people that genuinely care about the outcomes of their customers.
