Lifespan Obstetrics and Gynecology Services - East Providence

I wish I could give this HORRIBLE place 0 stars. I’m 4 months pregnant and Ive been trying to make an appointment to see an OBGYN here for WEEKS now. The woman on the phone who I spoke to told me that they needed my medical records (a single ultrasound picture) from a previous doctors office faxed to them before they could book me for an appointment. Okay, so I got off the phone and had that faxed over to them immediately. A week goes by and I haven’t gotten a call back from them for an appointment. I give them a call and she claims they never received the fax, so she gives me a completely different fax number this time. So once again, I call for my records to be faxed, and even THEY were confused as to why they needed to send it yet again. They could see in their records that they had already faxed it over to lifespan. So after having this ultrasound faxed to them twice, yet another week goes by and I haven’t gotten a phone call so I call again. Can you guess what this girl says? She claims YET AGAIN that they never received the fax of my ultrasound so I suggest that they just make an appointment and I’ll bring the picture of it in myself and she completely ignores that suggestion, and proceeds to give me another fax number just to “play it safe” as she said, and tells me to have it faxed over a third time. Im not playing these games. I’m 4 months pregnant and I can’t seem to find a damn doctor. The people working here don’t care about their patients and are clearly a little bit slow. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
