Worth hospital I have been so far. They are very unprofessional. I went twice by taking leave from office with 2 kids and by going there they said they cancelled my appointment without not informing me. Please be aware before going to this hospital.

I wouldn’t recommend this facility if one needs the attention from one personal primary care doctor. Unfortunately, one never sees the same doctor. Despite the quality of the the doctors, I always feel as though I have to repeat myself about my health issues, etc. It is extremely frustrating feeling as though I am beating the same dead horse! The FINAL and most FRUSTRATING issue with which I ultimately decided to search for a private primary care physician was the length of time and constant phone calls (total of four) I had to make to the clinic about a form a physician was required to complete in order for me to obtain a hospital bed. I had to constantly contact Kent Home Medical Equipment (a total of three times) asking them to fax in the same form. Each time I called the clinic, they claimed that they Never received the form from Kent. This form was extremely important because it has to be submitted to both Medicare and my personal health provider. At this point, the entire process has taken over one month! I completely respect and understand that everyone is extremely busy, but there comes a point when it’s absolutely unacceptable!

Excellent staff members. They are very nice and make sure you feel welcome. The hospital is very clean. They have specialty care for adults and children. They also have a laboratory for lab work. There is ample parking space and handicap parking as well. The hospital is maintaining safe social distancing. They give you a new mask upon entering. They also offer social services for assistance with food, clothes, heat and water.
