Good luck trying to get in touch with someone to resolve a billing issue, you'll be on hold for at least an hour. It's impossible to reach the local practice. Horrible.

If i could give Gillian cooperate in a zero i would. She was very condescending and talked down upon me, had no concern for my psychiatric conditions and needs, and also very rude because she was being judgmental based on my past. She lied and tried saying she asked me questions when she didnt. The department of psychiatric health will DEFFINETLEY be hearing about this horrible “doctor”. Wait i thought a doctor was supposed to help people ….

This is our second appointment. The people are so nice and accommodating with all issues. Finding this practice after moving back to Rhode Island while struggling for months to find a provider for my teen daughter has been a blessing.

I saw Dr. Bennett Hirsch for the first time today and he was great. He took his time and was very empathetic when listening to my issues that I brought up. Also, he is very goal-oriented and solution-driven. He is helping me take steps to change the way I think and ultimately the way I feel.

Pure trash. I was a former patient trying to reconnect with my provider. I called for 6 weeks leaving messages for a return call and still nothing. This is irresponsible. It's almost like they want some people to do self harm. Truly atrocious way to treat struggling human beings.

Life has been 100x better since stopping services here. “Coparent counseling” with Dr. Hirsch was extremely unprofessional (having session with other coparent without my knowledge, writing very inaccurate letters to court, adding blatantly false information to his session notes, etc.). It was a complete waste of time. The office staff here were the absolute sweetest and did the best they could to make up for his mistakes but he was messing up constantly. I’m not sure about other counselors but please save yourself the time and just don’t go with Dr. Hirsch. He is very easily manipulated and the sessions that we did actually have often times weren’t even about the best interest of the child.

Both of my children have been patients of Dr. Andriotus’s for at least 10 years. Very direct, professional, and kind. I’m grateful for the care.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because my sons therapist is great. If you are already on a medicine regimine that works for you this is not the place to go. The NP could care less about what works for you or what you have to say. If you like feeling ignored and starting from the beginning and being called back well after your appointment time then by all means go here! Its no wonder its the only place local that can get you in for an appointment within a partialy reasonable timeline
