Great entertainment and a riot just to meet people and even watch while spinning

Have been here several times with no issues, but sitting at the bar for 24 minutes without getting served while 2 bartenders are on duty needs to get some sort of attention. We even informed them more than once that several people seated had not been served, but it did nothing. Ended up going upstairs and getting served at Shipyard within 3 minutes of sitting down.

My boyfriend and I went to see a popular band at the Lighthouse Bar. This was the first time we had been back here since COVID and Bally's took over the casino. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair, so we got to the bar early to get a table as we had done in the past. When the gentleman came to the podium, he started telling everyone in line that the entire seating area was reserved, and the few tables at the top row were first come first serve. When he got to us, we asked if there was any place for handicapped patrons, and he said no and reiterated that the seats at the top were first come first serve. I mentioned that for the many years that we have been a patron, there used to be a couple tables reserved for the handicapped (and they have been very accommodating), yet he repeated his spiel as if he didn't care. There was even a space at the top next to the railing large enough for a wheelchair and a chair, since someone had pushed 2 tables together. He just said to keep coming back and if there were any empty tables, he'd get us in. How can you have the entire area reserved (for high rollers only), and patrons who come to enjoy a show, get turned away, including the handicapped. Now, you now have a good 50-100 people standing blocking the aisle. And with the tall tables in front of the railing, there's nowhere for anyone in a wheelchair to view from. We have never been to Twin River and had such a discouraging time. But to be fair, the bar itself and its bartenders are great. Especially when one remembers you after 3 years, that's a great feeling and a quality you want to have in your staff.
