Lily's Soups and Scoops reviews
18This amazing little storefront has something for everyone! I love the soups and the bread. The best part was being able to meet the owner, hear more about her recipes, and order a few extra quarts to take home. It’s a must try!
Guys listen here, this place is wonderful. Everything homemade, GF options, wonderful staff especially the owner. Hands down the best local shop around in the area. They keep the place nice and clean everytime I go in there. It’s a very welcoming shop. I will definitely be coming here daily now.
I’ve been enjoying Lily’s bone broth for years and was ecstatic to learn that she was opening up a store front. It is truly the perfect place to grab a coffee, pastry, cup of soup, grilled cheese and of course ice cream! On nights when you don’t feel like cooking Lily’s got you covered with her delicious home made soups available in quart or half gallon sizes so you and the whole family can enjoy. My personal favorites are between the tomato and green goddess cleansing soup. You’ll find Lily herself cheffing it up in the kitchen or greeting you with a smile when you walk into the shop. Get yourself over to Lily’s Soups and Scoops your taste buds will thank you!
Everything is so good over there and they have the best ice cream try pumpkin pie it’s my fav and I never had pumpkin pie before and have the best soup if your feeling sick or just want some and the even have pup cups like isn’t that so cute! If you go there the whole place is pink and nice even my mom loves it and you should try the grilled cheese too it’s so good I swear and everything is homemade even the cones, ice cream and everything love ut so muchhhh!
Staff was wonderful, soup was subpar and cold. Could recommend many other places to go for a far more reasonable price range, this place has uptown prices without the demand, location, or chic-ness to charge those prices.
WOW! This place is awesome. Best soup I've ever had in my life, and the atmosphere is super cool.
That's some high-quality pasta fagioli that brings you back to the old country. So silky smooth that it would make JB holla! Bright, fresh veggies with a tender hint of smokey bacon. Mmmm! Mmmm! Good? Nah. Mmmm! Mmmm! Awesome! Treat yourself to a crispy, gooey grilled cheese made to order. Nice work, friendly folks! I'll be back!
Such a lovely shop- the fall squash soup and artisan bread were the hit of my thanksgiving. Can’t wait to go back!
Went for the first time last week, unfortunately was very upset with the service and how unclean the ice cream freezer was. The prices were too high for a small cold portion. The bread and pastries were stale.
Best neighborhood find! If you’re only going to do two things, do them well…. And Lily’s does! Super tasty soup & grilled cheese, and you can’t go wrong with Warwick ice cream. Great for just a quick bite or take home a quart for dinner.
Amazing soups and grilled cheeses! You can even get a fresh boule of bread! I love this place. So convenient when you need the comfort of homemade soup, just grab it and go!
The food is amazing and the staff is too notch! I love that my family can safely eat here with food allergies. I highly recommend an affogato!
The soups are amazing and everyone who works there is so friendly! The chicken and rice is to die for.
The tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich were excellent! Just right for a cold rainy day. They have about 6 different types of soups and about a dozen flavors of ice cream. And drinks including coffee. An excellent addiction to the neighborhood!
I’ve never been so disrespected by a restaurant in my life. I was picking up a large order for a brunch party and when I got back all the soups were cold and the bread loaf we ordered was missing.
I went back to pick up the missing bread loaf and asked if the soups were usually cold. The woman behind the counter just started SCREAMING AT ME out of nowhere “Of course they are cold we just opened! ” I was stunned that she was screaming at me and asked if the soups were just made and she yelled “No that’s why they are cold! They are a few days old! They don’t go bad! It’s not like we are going to microwave them! ”
I couldn’t believe it and just turned around and walked out. I was stunned that this lady was just screaming at me for no reason.
Finally got to try this place, will definitely be back. Soup is delicious! Great addition to the area.
Can't wait to go back! This is some of the best soup I've every had. You can surely tell it is homemade. Well worth giving it a try. I'm happy we have a nice little place added to our neighborhood. We hope you support our local business', they sure work hard these days.
$8 for a small cup of soup…went in the evening and the soup was cold (this place that serves soup doesn’t have a microwave?)
Asked for bread and they didn’t put it in the bag.
Cookies were hard and stale.
Ice cream good though…only redeeming factor.
