Incredible staff - wonderful menu choices. An epicurean delight not to be missed. Veal was a outstanding paired with a beautiful Chardonnay. Dessert tray amazing. Thank you for a memorable anniversary dinner.

We really enjoyed Lucia's. The food was great and the staff is awesome. They have a lot on the vegetarian menu for my wife. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back.

DO NOT GO HERE! Offensively disgusting! How is this place in business? Ordered a pepperoni pizza and ravioli bolognese for take out. The order was ready in 20 minutes as told on the phone. The pizza is gross. It’s a frozen pizza crust that mama Celeste wouldn’t even use. The pepperoni is placed in evenly spaced rows that look like they were implanted by a machine in a manufacturing warehouse. Barely any sauce. The ravioli aren’t made fresh and the sauce is overly sweet. THESE ARE BASICS GUYS, GET THEM RIGHT! I’m amazed this place can stay in business with all of the other options around. $50 wasted.

My family and I decided eat Italian food for dinner, we didn't have a table reservation for that night but, graciously enough, the hostess accommodated us at a table. The food was delicious, the service, equally great. Overall, everytime that I find myself in Newport, I'll visit Lucia. Kudos to the very young looking waiter, she was a pro.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our dinner! I got the gnocchi special, which was amazing and he got the mushroom raviolis. Don’t skip the tiramisu! Great service too!

Fabulous food! Fresh made pasta and a bolognese to die for. The flavor and aroma brought back childhood memories.

Cozy ambiance, good food and reasonably priced menu. We had a nice time. Jen our waitress was sweet and very friendly.

Called for takeout as we were staying closeby. I asked if they had a children’s menu so I could feed my tired toddler. They said pasta with cheese sauce which I ordered. I arrived and they charged me $15 for this small dish of pasta with a cream sauce. I asked if there was an error as I ordered a bruschetta at the same price. They said no. I asked if the pasta dish was the same size as an adult dish and they said no, it was much smaller. I shared my thoughts that this was not a normal charge in a nice way and the server walked away. Clearly abusive to tourists. Avoid.

So I'm vegan and not only was this place great about it, IT WAS AMAZING! I told our server that I was vegan and he literally walked me through the menu. He actually ASKED if there were dietary restrictions at the table without me having to say anything. Plus the food was so amazing. I live an hour and a half from here, but I'll drive back just to eat again. I got gnocchi, and their mushroom bruschetta. My partner is vegetarian and he was offered cheese to add immediately. I wish I remembered my server's name because he really outdid himself. I might even call- I'm not normally a reviewer, but I just had to in this situation. Vegan Italian food that's amazing? Yes, please.

Our family 2 adults, 2 kids, had an excellent meal. Well prepared, great specials, and incredibly good service. Our server Hassan was excellent, made good recommendations and provided good service. We will be back next time we are in Newport.

Excellent place, very cozy, highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and kind which we need more of. Food was absolutely delicious and pricing is very reasonable, definitely will be back.

A friend recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and our server Karen was so helpful and there was always a smile on her face, which just made the experience so much better. Keep in mind that there is terrible cell service in here, but it makes you disconnect and enjoy your meal more. Definitely recommend!
