NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, I VIEW A FEW UNITS AND THEY MISTREATED ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY SAY THEY TAKE SECTION 8 AND ONCES I APPLY FOR APPARTMENT THEY CRIMINALIZE FAMILIES

Lyon property group is by far one of the most experienced and trust worthy PMs in New England. They screen tenants, manage property’s and rehab units all with an investor mindset which they pass along to any of the landlords they take on.

His knowledge on investment portfolios was excellent. I appreciate Diossa's advice in leading me to the right direction.

From the moment I contacted Diossa, their team displayed professionalism and a genuine interest in understanding my needs and preferences. They took the time to listen to my requirements, whether it was finding suitable tenants for my existing property or assisting me in buying a new home.

I didn't listen to the bad reviews and I really should have. I spoke with Jimmy and he was great, but as soon as I signed a contract he handed me off to Frank, who wouldn't return my calls and emails until I went over his head to get a response. When owed money, they made sure to be super responsive. I went with them even though their quote was higher because Jimmy was so nice. But I wasn't working with Jimmy, I was working with Frank. I told Frank that this was a sensitive situation and I would need it to be handled with kid gloves. He brushed me off, and seemingly rushed me off the phone. Zy seems to have no idea what is going on whenever I asked questions. I do admit I'm a tough customer, but I told them going in that I would be, it should not have been a surprise at all. The work they did on my property resulted in additional damage that I had to pay to fix, and they sent me a bill for an "upcharge" saying that it was part of my contract. I decided to move on when they provided me with a quote that was above my budget and had several bid line items, which can be changed later on to meet the needs of the contractor. I found them to be impossible to get answers from and inconsiderate. They lacked empathy and damaged my home. They will probably respond to this review saying that I was difficult to work with or something, as I saw on other reviews. They fail to take responsibility for their shortcomings and apologize where necessary.

Jimmy & his team have the knowledge, experience, commitment & capacity to provide value to clients in all phases of Real Estate. They have truly raised the bar in the property management industry.

When I first moved in I had an explanation on WHERE to park my car. So I continue to park where I was TOLD to which is a whole empty side. 2 months in, on a random Saturday I get a loud banging on my door (making it sound like its the police) from an angry property management person taking pictures of my visitor car & yelling at me because I'm parked in the wrong spot & I had a visitor parked behind me. Threatening me if he sees a visitor parked behind me again he's not going to let me know but will automatically tow it. NEXT TIME tell your employees to stop giving the WRONG information to new tenants & a phone call can be nice to fix the situation before you come banging on someones door with an attitude unannounced. So unprofessional.

Been a tenant with Jim before he started his management company. Well over 10 yrs now and more than happy with how fairly he has treated me.

Lions management takes care of our properties during the last storm that it got like 30 below zero we lost power they were quick to jump and God is the heaters we needed and looked at everything to make sure we were good I am highly impressed with them they kept in contact with me I cannot say enough about how the maintenance crew and everyone that helped us I am eternally grateful

I’ve been through private landlords in the past and nothing usually gets done. Lyons have been prompt in response to my maintenance requests and usually resolve issues that are in their control the same day.
