Good massages bad website. Couldn’t recover my account and tried to make a new one on numerous occasions unfortunately I will not be coming back because I don’t have an account and can’t make a reservation as a guest. Dont know how to get into my old account without recovery email which is something I don’t have so I can’t recover my own email and get back into my account in order to reset my password. I can’t make a new account either. Every time I try to get the pass code sent to my email I never receive it. Not coming back because I can’t make a reservation

Had a great experience, Karen was attentive and thorough Staff was very nice and not pushy as ME can be with their packages, but I get it. It’s a business. The scented oil should be standard without extra up charge (IMO) otherwise great overall experience.

By the way, Mark is my chosen masseuse and he is fantastic at getting the exact spot and certain mechanisms to make sure that knot gets stretched out. Everyone at the front desk is always quick swift and fluent, and extremely friendly. I love my massage envy! Ask the text notifications was a perfect addition to the service. Reminds me when I have an appointment, and very efficient with communicating ETA’s and rescheduling!

Today was my first massage, EVER, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Massage Envy in Providence. Everything is clean, and COVID protocols and cleaning procedures make you feel extremely comfortable. I love the text check in screening. Karen was the sweetest and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire service, making sure to walk me through what she was doing. I had a quick consultation beforehand to go over some pinpoint areas, and they listened to every concern and focus I had. Karen understood the stressful week I had, and was so attentive to my need of relaxation and to just lay in peace while she worked! I love their membership option and pricing, and love that I can transfer a month to my fiancé for a small additional fee if I want. I cannot wait to go back and see Karen. Thank you!

I made an appt at 10 am called back at 11: 45 am and said I had a conflict I’m sorry but had to reschedule. They charged me cancellation fee of $35.because I didn’t cancel within 24 hrs. Not a lot of common sense.
