McCormick Law Offices reviews
13Thanks for the victory I would highly recommend Ed came through with a win thank you again
Unfortunately for me, I hired Attorney McCormick to represent me in a relocation case for my daughters. They now live on the other side of the country due to his poor representation.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Ed McCormick and the McCormick Law Offices. Ed is very professional, thoughtful, responsive and attentive to the needs of those he serves. I'd highly recommend Ed to others and would certainly engage with him again.
We've been using Ed at McCormick Law for years in both our personal and professional lives.knowledgeable and responsive with great results.definitely a 5 star lawyer and law firm.highly recommended!
John Jones-Jones Pest Management.
I came to McCormick Law with a very negative view of attorneys, but after my experience with Mr. McCormick and McCormick Law I must say my outlook is by far changed. Being out of state in Florida, I needed representation with my case in RI and this firm went above and beyond my expectations. Honest, empathic and responsive are just a few words I would use to describe this firm. I highly recommend this firm and Ed McCormick with any Family Law issues. Look no further you have found the right attorney!
I had to get several wills done i.e.: personal property, durable power of attorney Financial and health care as well as a LivingWill. Ed asked me lots of questions. A week later he emailed them to me to review and make corrections. We scheduled an appointment for me to come in and do all the signing. He provided the witnesses. It was a smooth seamless process. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
I contacted McCormick Law Offices to have a will drawn up. They emailed some questions for me to answer, and sent a draft for me to look over.
Once I had approved it, we made an appointment for me to come in and sign. It was quick and easy and Ed McCormick and the staff were friendly and professional. I thought the bill was reasonable. I will contact McCormick if I need an attorney in the future.
Ed made me feel real comfortable not trying to lure you in the office he gave me great FREE advice. You don’t find many lawyers like that anymore.
Mr. McCormick is an excellent attorney, who's very personable, and strives every day to help people with business and personal disputes.
Staring to work with Ed on behalf of (someone else) and so far so good from the beginning he was very friendly and you can be yourself when speaking to him which is beyond amazing! He explains everything and so far we are very satisfied!
I highly recommend Atty Ed McCormick. At the office consultation he listened to everything I had to say, and answered all of my questions, and gave me legal advice. He is going with me to Probate Court soon for "Legal Guardianship" of my daughter. She turned 18yrs old and has Autism, is Non-Verbral with Special Needs. Atty McCormick also went to court to handle my case about "Child Support/Visitation" issues. He won the case for me. He has also informed me that under a new law that passed my daughter is entitled to receive Adult Support from the non-custodial parent now, and also at the age of 21 plus years. I am so grateful to Atty Ed McCormick for everything he has done to help me and my daughter. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a smart and dependable lawyer.
I am very satisfied with all the legal advice and services Atty Ed McCormick has done for me since knowing him in 2011 to date. He is very approachable, friendly, dedicated, and very professional. I highly recommend him without any reservation.
Reason for hire: Divorce and custody. I was advised to not file for sole custody since RI family law "frowns upon it" and now, four yrs later, I need to return to court for custody. That should say enough.
