McDonald's, Coventry RI

The manager is about 4 feet tall and has the intelligence of a large potato. Small minded or something.

These people literally without fail have messed up every 2 out of 3 orders I’ve gotten. Not sure if it’s bad training, kids not listening at the drive thru, or people not knowing how to read an order but it’s been consistently terrible for years now.

Short staffed. Long wait for order. No money in register to give change
Had to track down a manager to get change.

The manager is kind of uneducated. A Grubhub order made at 10: 10am was not filled and she refused to fill it at 10: 40 am claiming it was past breakfast.

I just ordered two 1/4 pounders with cheese no onion because they were buy one get one and a ten piece nuggie got the buggies but no burgers in no happy and im not driving all they way back there

Thank you very much we had an amazing experience here and the food was amazing. We had great Service, If you want to be treated like a valued guest this is the spot for you. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a solid meal. You did not feel rushed you could enjoy your meal. The food was delicious, and the prices are reasonable as well. We will be returning soon.

Depending on what you get at what McDonald’s it’s a 50/50. I got a big mac and there was a blue tag looking thing. Freaked me out. I swore I took a photo but please do not go to this McDonalds.

Two quarter pounders and a fries $20
We ordered no onions and not sure if that's why the burgers were raw. But burger was not to my liking.
It's McDonald's and I really don't want to rate badly for it is what it is. Fast food.

Floor was gross the food was bad i waited 45 minutes for a large fry and a 20 piece chicken nugget

Was OK. I'm not used to drive through eateries since the "outbreak" Was awkward because guy didn't say to move to next window. Then asked if I was OK. Lol the Ice coffee was good.

Ordered a sausage egg mc muffin. I received. A cheese English muffin? Also drive thur windows are disgusting with fruit flys everywhere. Didnt even eat food.

If you're interested in finding a beard hair in your chicken nuggets and then shortly after getting intensely sick from the food, then this is definitely the place for you. If you'd rather keep your food in your stomach, then I'd go to literally anywhere else besides this establishment.

I love their sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle sandwich with a hash brown and orange juice.

They should really make sweet tea the way they are supposed to. This one is a little below average but yo be fair they were very short handed.

I ordered a kids meal for my Grandaughter with a milk, when we got home I attempted to open her milk, when I noticed the milk had already been opened and was half full. I threw her meal away as well once I noticed this. I didnt bring it back, as I didn't have time. Not sure if someone was thirsty? It was an error when filled? Not sure, but check your sealed drinks from here. Odd, very odd

The food is so / so. The service is ok but remember service being ok is actually respectable service now a days seeing everyone is short staffed. I come here for the grilled chicken and it is better than other fast food places that does not offer grilled chicken.

Extremely unprofessional crew workers. The women working today had an attitude that she should have left at home. I get it, it’s hard to work understaffed however make the best out of the place you choose to work. Management need’s evaluate employees. I think it would be extremely helpful to offer more training centered around customer service.

Food & service were great, but the place smells like raw sewage. Got to do something about the problem of the smell coming from the septic.
