McDonald's, East Providence RI

It’s a fast food place I don’t expect much but at least have your employees pretend they want to be there. It’s ridiculous how dead inside these people are. Deadpan voices no eye contact no manners.

This is the BEST McDonald's I've ever been to and Ive lived in four different states! Quality food and exceptional service! And when they make a mistake they basically just give out free food.

There’s another mcds local to this one, the one in seekonk. It’s best you go there, this location f*€k$ up on the simplest order. Pathetic

Mobile ordered a happy meal for my grandson.he loves the chicken nuggets. I just had an oreo mcflurry both were great as was the service!

Omg! I ordered a sausage burrito this morning on my way to work. I couldn't believe when I unwrapped to 1 little pebble of sausage inside of the burrito. The employees at the drive through are so rude and unfriendly. I will never go there again.

I frequently go to this store. Today I ordered 2 Quarter pounders, 2 Medium fries, a plain Quarter pounder and a 10 peice Chicken Mcnuggets. I got 2 plain Quarter Pounders a regular Quarter pounder No Mcnuggets. I didn't Go back, they won this round. I am not a happy camper.

Visited Again this AM. Got an English muffin-'they gave me sweet & sour sauce in the bag. NO JELLY. No receipt. 6/6/2018
Bad service. They don't seem to care at all.

This location, even though it has been remodeled, still has some issues to work out with getting employees that can get orders correct and keep fresh levels of product. They have improved a little in their defense.and this review is for McD's on post road.btw.

It's McDonald's, not much else to say. If your running low on time it's quick, dollar menu is a bonus. Or of course if your in need of your classic Big Mac.lol

I ordered two steak and egg on a muffin. The cashier tells me that one of them is ready but the other one is still cooking. Then she asks if i wanted to eat the one with a pack if butter. I told her that i would wait for the other steak sandwich. It took about five minutes to get the other one ready. This fast food place needs to practice on speed when serving someone.

Little girl had an attitude (employee) in drive thru.and they always seem to forget my drinks.always choose to go to seekonk instead.

Nice young and quick staff. Still one of the cleanest one. They still have the slides for the kids.

My son loves it there just that many older kids play in there making it hard for the little ones to play.

I ama vegetarian so I normally have their egg and cheese biscuit with a large iced coffe.
And my nephee loves going ro the indoor play room they have.
Other than the coffe i am not one who likes being at McDonalds.

Typical Mickey D's food is same as all the others service is quick some days and slow on others

Nice playplace but so so so dirty went for dinner with kids floors soda machines awful didnt even use bathroom i was afraid behind the counters was terrible dirty fries all over oil stains just awful

Great fast food restaurant perfect for a quick bite. Perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink at prices much more wallet friendly than the major coffee shops.

I just came from the McDonald on Newport Ave, East Providence. And ordered the same stuff I order almost often from the McDonald on Taunton Ave, in East Providence. I was charged almost 0.70 cents more, so I assumed they made a mistake. I spoke on the phone to the Mgr.on duty and she explained that every McDonald is different. So my last remark was: "Oh, O. K. Good to know. I won't be going there anymore". She in turn replied: "O. K, thats fine. "

My signature chicken sandwich was well over a cook and bacon and onions burnt. If I could upload picture I would.

Lady who gives the food is very unpleasant. Not the first time but I still go back. Try to miss her schedule but can't be beware of her schedule. Threwbmy sweet and sour on my tray and I still said Thank You. Watched her be rude to another customer which I guess it's definitely not the first time for her. This woman actually approached the manager and he said we'll she is a good Worker and that's when I stepped in and said no one wants her fired but you as a manager should talk to her. He was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SAID CALL CORPORATE! WOW! ROLLED HIS EYES TOO.
