One time My phone died and McDonald’s team game me the charger and directions, best service. Thank you, especially supervisor there!

I ordered a number three and they didn’t charge it at the window so I said oh I ordered a number three and then the kid was like oh it wasn’t on there and I was like well can I get one please and he said yeah 10 minutes later a woman comes out asked us what we ordered and she kept talking over us and being extremely rude and still didn’t get my order right I left with a completely different order. They are well staffed, service is great, an love the food. Really like the Cranston area on resivoir ave.

They always get your order right and well its McDonalds but they never have their ice cream machine down

The place is a disgusting mess when they're busy the drive-thru person who took my order after everything I ordered anything else anything else anything else like she was rushing me my food's always messed up and my quarter-pound is always still raw try cooking your meat a little longer

Placed order for 8 Filet-O-, -Fish sandwiches, with cheese, 1 small and 2 large fries. Yesterday, February 26th, the filet o fish sandwiches were 2/$5.00
They were all made to order, but I didn't care as they were juicy, moist, hot, and very tasty. Give this McDonald's s try, if you enjoy filet o', fish sandwiches. Happy eating!

It has delicious food and I really love getting Happy Meals because I love to collect the toys! I gave McDonald's 5 stars on Yelp! ETC. The Muffions are also delicious! ETC!

My experience tonight was extremely bad! They took a really long time taking my order and then when I came to the window the girl was on her phone and drinking a drink right on the line cashing people out. Then when I checked my order at home they didn't bag my sandwich or any napkins. If your going to make me wait at a "fast food" place and be on your phone while treating yourself to a drink, at least give me what I order.

Eh. Get what you get. Not impressed. Spend a lot on a kids meal and they forget your fries.the toy is of rather decent quality however. Service was just ok. Kind of ignored me I had to yell for help when there was like 8 people upfront doing whatever.

The new self computerized order boards are pretty cool. Just took a few extra seconds to figure it out. So far, I think it's pretty awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Good service.

Ever since this location was remodeled the Diet Coke tastes flat and I complaint 3 times to a manager and nothing is done about it. Time to go to another location where the diet soda stil has good taste.

This has been my favorite McD’s until tonight. At drivein I ordered a single hamburger with lettuce and tomato only for my 6 year old grandson. It was STONE COLD when I gave it to him 5 minutes later. How long did it hang around? How cynical! Even at $ 1.72 I feel robbed. Wendy’s is just down the street - I’ll be going there from now on.

I like the remodel and always liked the staff.don't like the kiosks for purchase. Let people choose phone order or live person order.

Employees r friendly & helpful, however the new system can be confusing, had to get assistance & the employee had difficulty getting my order up as well.

Fast, and food was hot. Only complaint, never ask if you need ketchup, salt, ect.before closing window

Morning staff terrible, sat in the drive thru waiting for a coffee and watched the girl completely ignore me while she continued to sweep the floor then she was flippant I don't seem to have this problem at other stores I will be going elewhere I suggest you do the same

The iced coffee went from a buck to a buck and a half. It's still cheaper than the coffee house options but still disappointing. The fries are still the best in the business.

Food was absolutely horrible and they forgot half of my order and then I had to go back in because my order was all ice cold rock hard chicken nuggets
