Mel's Cafenio reviews
18Inexpensive breakfast with no waiting. It was good for a quick bite before we headed home. Not much in the way of ambiance but food was delish!
Pretty dirty place, reasonable pricing if you don't mind a not so sanitized place go for it
Not bad good prices pancakes are different but good everything else bland with seasons given. Weird place but quick food decent service
Service was quick. Food came out very quick also and was very good! Would def recommend and def go back when we come to visit again!
Delicious food and ample portions for a good price... And they open early for those wanting an early start on the day!
Awesome food and service. No wait to get seated. Got the Mel's special. Very filling and cooked just right. Was visiting from CT but I will definitely be back. Thanks guys
Great diner, delicious gyro & feta omelet, nicely seasoned potatoes, fast and friendly service.
Simple diner with fast service, good food, and cheap prices! The atmosphere was friendly and family-oriented. Laughing with the cook and waitress is always a great sign to me. I'd def go back! Highly recommended!
A good spot for breakfast. Food was not only delicious but cheap too. Loved this little spot for breakfast.
Food was okay. The waitress was friendly but I feel she can do more than just sit and play on her phone.
Come here and i guarantee your experience will be two times better than if you went to one of the fru fru breakfast places on Broadway (Corner I'm looking at you) service was fast we sat down and got our food in less than 10 minutes. Food was so well done and inexpensive, and it was nice to support a business that has clearly been in the family for years. I will be back for sure
Hey.it's a diner! The food was solid and the folks there were super friendly. Definitely will hit this place up again!
Got the Mel's breakfast, everything was very bland. Potatoes were raw. Service was decent.but at least there wasn't a wait to get in.
Mel's is the local greasy spoon. Each town has gotta have one. The food is good, VERY well priced, and the staff I know are all "no-BS" get the job done.
Ok so its breakfast only here, pretty hard to mess up eggs potatoes and toast so where not talking Belgian waffles or even eggs Benedict.you could order and omelet or breakfast burrito with just the expected sausage bacon cheese spinch onion mushrooms.service was great.menu on the other hand, in my opinion as an executive chef, i could never give a rating higher than a 3 sorry because they are very nice people
This is a cute local find. Cheap and basic but classics and delicious. All wearing masks appropriately
Haven’t been here in years but i use to go almost everyday absolutely loved it there i even met former nfl player John mellekas and he told me all about his experience and things like that there and there was a cook there that was the coolest guy in the world may both them Rest In Peace idk who’s running the restaurant anymore but I highly recommend mels great people there and good food
