Memorial Hospital Family Care Center reviews
14Pathetic horrible place where they would rather let you suffer than do their job. I beg you if there is any other option for you do not go here! They are students and 1 actual doctor. Don't bother. People who answer the phone are rude too.
This place needs to shut down. Staff are super rude and don’t want to be bothered. I’ve been going here for about 7 years and it just keeps getting worse. Switch your doctor without even telling you
Avoid at all costs- horrible wait times, drs misdiagnosed me 3 times. Truly awful practice!
Worst place ever me and my husband used to go in there for appointments and usually ended up waiting for 2+ hrs and then just leaving after seeing 20+ people come in after us and be seen before us again WORST HOSPITAL EVER
Went there four times four different doctors gave me four different prescriptions useless hail bop cult. Unapproved experimental vaccinated freak show
If they don't start answering the phone till 9 then they shouldn't put that they open at 8. Makes no sense at all.
Horrible experience people in the front are rude first thing in the morning always an issue with the schedule or even to make an appointment to be seen honestly they should’ve just shut down when the main hospital closed down
Went in for a walk in and they gave me the prescription for my medication that same day, great staff definitely reccomend
Last resort place. Staff is decent but they spend more time talking to each other than actually working. Every appointment I’ve ever had, for me-or one of my family members and even a few of my patients, has been no less than 2 hours of waiting or a student talks to you and disappears only to have another student ask me the same questions. If u have all day to talk and don’t care about being treated, then this place is for u. If u would like medical treatment, try anywhere else
I generally only review restaurants, but this is worth sharing to save people the trouble. Went in for an appointment, which someone even called and confirmed with me yesterday only to find out the doctor was actually at a Warwick location today. Although I volunteered to drive the 25 minutes they said no, she couldn’t wait that long for me even though it was their mistake so I’d have to reschedule. This was my second scheduled appointment. They had rescheduled the first one after realizing the doctor wasn’t in the day I was scheduled for. They seem very disorganized. Definitely going to establish care elsewhere.
I have been a patient here for 28 years. Both of my children were born in the old hospital and are patients. I have always come in for an appointment expecting a twenty minute wait or so. It's a busy place. However since Care New England took over and made their supposedly "more efficient" changes, The wait is now 45 minutes to an hour, that's before you get to a room. Once in a room you have another 20 to 40 minute wait until someone sees you. The staff are rude and demeaning, even the one's that have been there for years. The doctor's are never the same and most are students. I was literally misdiagnosed for 6 years, they told me it was stress, panic attacks, etc. One ultrasound referral, from a med student who I hope went on to bigger and better, and boom problem solved. This place is incompetent and you will probably die waiting for them to get something right.
I have been a long term patient at this clinic. Recently, this past week, I have been trying to get a prescription refilled and no one at the clinic will respond to me as to why I am not getting my medication. After this I am going to find a new doctor.
Rude receptionist in team A sat for hours in room they went to lunch and left me there. They say it's an Express Clinic they really need to change the name To Walked out
I have been going here for the past 12 years and have EXCELLENT doctors who have seen me through cancer, a knee replacement and more. The nurses are great too. Front office staff is usually completely overworked but really this is a great team of doctors! I chose it because of the Brown University connection and the family medicine approach. My daughter uses the same doctor and is very satisfied as well.
