My partner and I began our house hunt our November 17th, 2019.we met Meredith Goncalves at an open house, we had stumbled across. The home wasn’t for us, but we sure did find a gem of a realtor. Meredith went above and beyond our expectations. She listened to our hopes and needs and immediately began finding listings that suited our wishes.
New listings of potential homes that could fit our growing family, filled our inboxes daily. We have two young boys and were expecting our daughter in May. So we needed to find a home quickly. Meredith met us at the properties every weekend; even meeting us over the holidays. Her devotion and dedication to her clients made us feel like VIPs.
Anything we needed or were curious about she had an answer. Not only did Meredith send us all the information we needed she connected us to a wonderful team of people, a broker, a lawyer, an appraiser, a painter even someone to check out septic tank.
She made the entire home buying experience so easy. We were able to close on our house February, 28th, 2020. Perfect timing. Just after we were fully moved in The Corona Virus Pandemic forced us to quarantine. We could not have been more grateful to be able to isolate in our new home.
