Got to tour the tower on Veterans Day while it was open. The views were breathtaking. So worth it!

I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 70s. So many great memories. I love this park.

Fun park for the little ones. They love playing at the playground and then going on a hike up to the "castle"!

The children's playground on the east side is ok. The tower and the surrounding trails are filled with broken glass. I had to carry my dog through portions and still ended up with a cut in her paw. Adults on dirt bikes (illegal) ride around the trails as well, watch out. The tower has a gate that is always locked. So no going up the tower for a view. If it wasn't within walking distance I'd likely never go. Only if you need pokestops and a gym.

A very nice and quiet park! There is a nice trail that leads to the memorial tower, but be cautious for broken glass. Wear appropriate shoes as well, there is a little climbing involved. The playground is currently closed but looks fun and clean.

To the Powers of Control, please contact your local service organizations and see if perhaps clean up bees could help out to pick up the garbage.

Grew up playing here and will continue until unable! The city has done a nice job keeping it clean.

Great location. Ample space. Trails for nature walks. Kid friendly. Barbeque grills. Very nice park.

The trails are easy enough to navigate, but nothing is very well labeled, you just have to navigate your way up by trial and error.
