He was almost an hour late. He came in and was very belligerent. Explaining things quickly as if he didn’t care one way or another. He was in a nasty mood. DONT bring that attitude to a patient who has been waiting for almost an hour! I will never recommend him. He was terrible.
Dr Arcand has helped me many times in many ways. He is always polite and reassuring. I can get back to my normal life thanks to him. The staff was also very helpful.
