To JOE M who said he was at this location on Sunday and had a bad experience.we are not open on Sundays, so apparently you were at another facility, NOT at Midas on Diamond Hill Rd. Would appreciate it if you would take your erroneous review down.

Dave was courteous and helpful. Got a full synthetic oil change done for my car and it was quick, may be the whole work took 30 to 40 mins. I am hoping there wouldn't be any post oil change issues. I would surely recommend this place for a quick oil change for your car.

Every time I need repairs I know I can trust Dave. He is very honest and professional. The staff is excellent.

I had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this facility at all.
I called ahead. I Was told I could bring my vehicle down. They would squeeze it in between repairs. I waited 2 hours and they put it on the lift.
Then the guy at the counter informed me they couldn't service my vehicle. For an oil change.
By now its almost 4 pm sunday and all the other shops had closed.
They did not follow covid procedures they had posted on the door. They had the limit of folks waiting inside. So it limited others from entering. The did nit pay any attention to a line forming out side.
It was run horribly.

Great service. Walked in on a Saturday morning just to see if they had any time available to look at my brakes which were in severe need of replacement. Dave was able to squeeze me in that day and finished the job in just a couple of hours. He was also very informative. No complaints.

Dave and his staff are professional and courteous. I have been coming here for all of my service needs for a very long time and will continue. I highly recommend giving Dave a call and seeing for yourself.

I made a phone call about getting a oil change I was nowhere near the place. How did this information even get to this? It's a good thing nobody knows about all the radio active waste I got stashed.

I normally don’t go out of my way to leave comments but I have to say the guys at my local Midas on Diamond Hill in Woonsocket, RI are great - especially the manager, Dave. They’re always very accommodating and honest. Dave has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions and that’s definitely a rarity in customer service these days. I just want to say thanks to the guys at the shop - you definitely make my life a whole lot easier!

Good service. When I go there, I know everything will be done right. Dave is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.

Took my car to change the brakes and got a sorts of other problems with my car. Car started to shake while i drive.

The service at this Midas location is 100 percent every time. The mechanics there and the owner really take pride in their level of service. They also offer competitive rates. I had no idea how much money I was losing by going thru my dealership. I saved hundreds of dollars by coming to this location. Absolutely reliable and great staff. These days it is hard to find good mechanics who do it right the first time.

I go to this Midas often. David and his employees are always professional and knowledgeable, orderly. I recommend everyone that talks about a car trouble in front of me to him.

I have been coming here faithfully for the past couple years. Always great service. They always get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Dave and his employees are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. It's a little out of the way from where I live but it's worth it to make the trip for good, consistent service.

Jus want to give a shout out to Dave he got me right in without a appointment and had his great team look at my audi to find out what was causing the noise over bumps. Ordered the parts and fixed it all the same day. Great service Dave and thank you I'll see you soon on my next service.

Though its bit expensive compared to other Auto Services but service is good and they will tell the problem accurately

I have gone to this garage twice now for repairs in my car and have been extremely satisfied both times. Dave is an honest mechanic that you can't trust. He and his staff do as they much they can for their customers. Having a great mechanic who is honest and who you can trust is hard to find. I'm glad I found one. This will be the only place I take my car for repairs in this part of the state. Thanks Dave and crew
