Great experience! Came in for an oil change. They let me know my front breaks needed to be replaced. Was advised to replace my pads and rotors with no pressure. Everything was finished in about an hour and a half. Extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Thank you Paul and Carlos!

So i need my car inspected. I call ahead of time to find out what the closing hours are, which is 6pm. I show up at 5: 20pm still in uniform because i rushed there straight after work. After waiting I tell him i need a car inspection, he laughs and says “i cant inspect your car.it takes 45 mins to inspect” ARE YOU SERIOUS GUY? ! First off whats funny? Never seen a military uniform before? Did i tell a joke? ! And secondly 40 mins wasnt cutting it? ! Takes exactly 45? Reallyyy? ! Never coming to these clowns again!

Worked on most of my own vehicles for over 30 yrs. I'm rather fussy about how my repairs are done. They followed all my requests on how I wanted it to look and sound. Very happy with the work and timely manner it was done.

I brought them an exhaust Specifially for my vehicle. They installed it/pieced it together - uneven (dual tips), claiming it wasn't made for my vehicle. I brought them front pads and rotors. Now my truck pulls to the left every time I brake. They left my center cap of my wheel off had to drive all the way back and get it in a snow storm. Save your money go somewhere else place is horrible. I will never go to a midas again. The shop i've brought my vehicle to now laughs and says why would you go to midas. Seems like everyone says that and now I will.

Amazing place. Where I go Everytime. The guy in charge of the operation is Carlos. When I call he remember who I am and what car I drive. Very personal and honest. Great work and stands by it. Also great pricing and many of the parts he gets have warranties. Whether it is for an oil change, brakes, or muffler repair this is the place I go everytime.

I went there to get my brakes/rotors checked on my 95 Toyota Corolla, and they said the front ones needed to be changed. That would cost over $300 and if I wanted to do the back brakes/rotors too, it would be over $600 (They said I got a good deal and would be saving money)

I brought my car to any main machanic and he told me my front brakes/rotors were good, and all I need is the back breaks fixed up, which would cost $210.

First time getting an inspection where I felt that they were being completely honest with me and I have been getting inspections for about 15 years, so needless to say I was impressed and as happy as one can be when they probably need to spend too much money. I don't intend to ever go any place again as long as I am living in Rhode Island. I'll probably need to get a new (used) car and when I do I'll be going right back there for a new inspection. If I need anything fixed that I can't get fixed by my family member who can and who wants to fix my car for cheap I will be going here. Really appreciated the directness and being shown exactly where the problems were. I already knew about a few of them but didn't realize they were inspection or safety issues.

I work with Al and the guys 3 times a week and I love it, it's a great place to have your car fixed.

Carlos the man of many hats, is a top notch guy. They have been more than good with me, and very fair on prices for labor/parts. I normally dont trust corporate garages, but these guys go above and beyond what i would normally expect from a corporate chain company. I have a midas 2 minutes from my place and they are horrible. I have no problem driving the extra distance to have these guys service both my jeeps.

Al and Carlos are excellent mechanics! They are trustworthy and can explain car related issues in a simple and understanding manner. I own multiple vehicles along with my wife, and we trust our vehicles in the hands of this Midas. They have always come through for us. Their pricing, expertise, and honesty far outclasses the competition.

I was visiting Providence and had an issue with my exhaust. Picked this place and took a chance. The service was wonderful and Carlos was amazing.

I've been going to this location for inspections for a number of years and they have always been honest. I even called about an awful squealing sound coming from my front tire. The sound went away right before I pulled in, but the manager came out immediately and checked them anyway and told me it was probably just a pebble stuck in the brakes and I'd be ok.

Overall, service is always quick and easy. Prices are on par with most other front end auto shops.

Carlos was very helpful. He stayed late to get my brakes fixed on a Friday evening, and gave me options to keep the price reasonable. His estimate of cost and time were right on.

I've been servicing my vehicle here for years. These guys are fair and honest, which can be hard to come by. Al always explains what's going on and doesn't push repairs on you. Over the years I've had:

Oil changes
Brake pad replacements
Mouse infestation (they fixed the problem and the smell!)
New rotors
New tires put on

Great place to bring your car for pretty much everything, exhaust, tires, brakes, diagnostic ect.
