17Chicken tenders are the best! Very good and fresh. Only downside is this is the only place where you can’t substitute onion rings for fries but the tenders are so good and it’s worth every penny. The plate actually can feed two or three at once and the price was reasonable for what they give you!
Was overcharged. Was told menu prices both online and physical, are outdated. 28 dollars for a large pizza.
Large pizza undercooked. Toppings slid off. Dough undercooked.
What a find. Pretty diverse selection of snacks, good drink selection. Food all looked fresh and tasted delicious. Staff was courteous, clean, and quick. I'll be going back to try more of it whenever I'm nearby, which will be frequently.
Ordered from here around 11pm and they took my order then my friend called to get a different order to the same address and they said they were no longer accepting deliveries which it was less than a minute later. After waiting a hour for my food I got the wrong order and it was cold. When I tried to call back no one answered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Horrible service. Ordered a pizza at 3: 21 and called twice to confirm, arrived at 5: 23. Pizza cold as ice and inedible. Total cost $32 for dissatisfaction and rude service.
I agree it’s the worst don’t order from here… I told him I wanted a four cheese penne he gave me a penne with chicken I don’t eat meat than he was very rude on the phone… I asked for the name of an employee so because he said the manager is coming in so I wanted to report that exact worker he refused to give me his name.never again will I order form here and they never gave me my correct order
The lady that answers the phone is very rude & doesn’t even answer the phone properly to place people on hold she automatically puts people on hold & its constantly! You need a better employee to answer that phone ASAP no wonder why you have only 3 stars
They delivered half the food and made me pay full price which was 51 dollars and brought me half the food when I asked them to bring the other half they said no worst place ever they need to be shut down they are selling hot food on ebt which you can’t do
I ordered from you guys last night and this is the second time you guys charged me for an order that I never got everybody that goes to Milano's don't order from them they take your money especially if you have EBT they'll take your money this is the second time and you guys try to give me credit from the last time you guys left to order and I spend nearly over $50 yesterday and only got two of my items I will be calling your manager today and letting them know that they need to somehow reimburse me for that I do not recommend people spending money here cuz they take it from you
I called to get my food replaced because the shrimp I ordered 2 orders of was rubbery and overcooked the fries that came with it were undercooked. The cashier I spoke to got an attitude with me and told me there was nothing she could do for me. Then she cussed me out and even called back to cuss me out some more then told me I was banned because I got upset that she told me there was nothing she could do for me. This isn't the first time I ordered from there and got a bad meal either but I never complained before. I was ordering from there 3-4x a week even tho it takes on average 2 hours to get cold food. I've never had such a bed experience from any restaurant before nor have I ever heard of them not trying to make it right.
Besides food stamp fraud milanos hasn't changed much in the last decade, the foods still burnt or dry, like the employees personalities. Oh btw they don't know how to use a phone properly the teenagers working at domino's have better customer service standards. You're better off going to the dog pound, at least the kibble is always consistent and you'd get pat on the head before you leave!
I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was okay; could be gotten a better one from a cookout. Can't tell you about the fries because I never got them. All that time waiting for my order but they didn't double check everything was there? This is the first and last time I'll be ordering.
Not horrible food, but I ordered at 12 AM, it's been 2 hours. It is 2: 21 AM. Another customer reviewed with the same issue, the restaurant said it was a one time thing. It isn't, probably the worst delivery times I've ever seen. Never ordering again, and if I don't get my food tonight, fresh, and hot. There will be complaints.
Update: it took them 3 hours, pizza was supposed to be here by 1: 13 on the prep ticket. None of the food was fresh nor hot.
There Lasagna Pizza and fried Ravioli are beautifully put together delicious and fresh. There store gives options of dessert carrot cake wasn't my favorite but the staff were conversational and answered all our questions
Tried to order food they canceled the order half an hour later so is no longer able to order food from another restaurant.
Ordered through GrubHub they canceled the order. Called instead of texted which caused my baby to be woken up which has colic. Totally disrespectful restaurant
I wish I can give it 0 stars honestly I literally at 11: 30 pm it’s 230am still haven’t got my order I quit at this point …the first time I ordered was a 2hr but 3 hours still nothing don’t waste your time or money on these people there no point smh
