This is THE place if you are looking for a quality E-bike to fit your needs. Tyler listened to what I was looking for and his recommendation was perfect. Three months and 1,400 miles later, I'm commuting daily to work (13 miles each way) and running errands on my Gazelle. The bike has far exceeded my expectations. The best decision I've made in a long time was walking into Mission Electric.

Never thought I’d see the day my wife would actually want to ride a bike with me but here we are. We had been shopping around for sometime and visited several other bike stores but Mission was different. We were never pressured into purchasing anything and Tyler did an excellent job finding the perfect bike to fit our needs. All the bikes in the store are also next level in regards to quality. His authenticity and ability to service the bikes really swayed us away from any online direct to consumer brands. I’m sure this will not be the last bike we purchase from Mission!

I am so glad that I found this shop when I was thinking about getting an ebike. Tyler answered all my questions, knowing that I wasn't committed to buying. He suggested a folding bike, since I have a small apartment and that 's where my bikes live. After taking a Tern Vektron on a test ride, I knew that it was the right model for me. When I picked up the bike, Tyler spent a good hour going over it with me and answering even more questions. I've never gotten this level or service anywhere else before. Definitely recommended.

Mission and Tyler provided the best bike buying experience we have had. We are new to ebikes and they were extremely patient and responsive throughout the entire process of answering our questions, making recommendations, ordering, shipping.delivery and post sale support. He has a great selection and knowledge of quality ebikes. We bought Tern folding ebikes which are turning out to be perfect for our needs as boaters and campers. We might buy regular ebikes for just riding around town, and if we do, we will certainly go back to Mission. The store is easy to access off the highway, in a not too busy part of Providence with parking right out front. A lot easier than fighting your way into Boston or Cambridge. Ebikes are life changing, we are riding more frequently and further than ever before, exploring new places and still getting a great workout. Wish we had done this years ago!
