I hadn’t been to see an eye doctor in years, but I had heard great things about Modern Eyes. Dr. Gianfrancesco and his team were so welcoming and helpful! Beyond their kindness, they were timely and explained every one of their many tests. And, like the name implies, their equipment is very modern! They didn’t even need to dilate my eyes to do the same exam! In short, if you are considering a new eye doctor for any reason, you can expect to be well taken care of at Modern Eyes.

This was my first time going to Modern Eyes between Dr Kellie and Nicole they were very helpful and patient from picking out glasses, contacts and exam, will go there again!

I had called to make an appointment for my daughter and myself but prior to the appointment they had call to confirm the appointment but since I work in the ER I wasn’t able to get back to them until the day of the appointment. They left me a message stating I have to confirm by the morning or they’re going to cancel. As soon as they open I call them, the lady tells me someone had already taken my appointment bc I didn’t confirm. First of all they said for me to confirm by the morning & I did, second how did you give up my appointment so fast when you guys just open. No one told me that if I don’t confirm my appointment it gets cancel when I booked with them. I get that you need to confirm trust me but to tell me I need to confirm by the morning as I did you cancel on me. I’m glad we didn’t get the chance to go here. We found a better eye Dr with nice receptionist who are professionals. Good luck to everyone going there. I wouldn’t recommend this place….

I love that they have a machine that scans your eyes so you do not need your pupils dilated. Plus they are all so friendly and personable!

I got a pair of glasses that did work at all and gave me headaches. The staff was so nice and had me choose another frame for my lenses at no charge.

The worst customer service ever they should be closed for good I returned glasses 2 times and on my 3rd attempt they said I didn't return them back to dollar tree I go thos is a true storydead serious
