I called to enroll my son in aba services at Momentum in June 2020. I was told by the receptionist that there was a minimum of a 9 months waiting list, especially since we were in the beginning of the pandemic. I was encouraged to call back periodically to see where my son is on the wait-list. I called in December 2020 to check the status of the wait-list, the receptionist told me the person who I would speak with was in a meeting and she took my name, number, and my son's name and stated I would get a call back. I never received a call back. I called again in March 2021, the receptionist said the same exact thing that she said in December 2020 when I called. I called back in April 2021 and expressed my frustration when the receptionist said the exact same thing- "the person who you would speak with is in a meeting. I'll take a message and have her return your call". At that point, the receptionist said "I apologize. I'm sure she'll get back to you by the end of the day". I never received a call back. I attempted to call one last time in October of this year (that's right, 2+ years since I originally put my son on the wait-list) and I still have not received a phone call back. The only reason I continued to try is b/c they were referred by my son's OT, but this is such poor business practice, especially because of the population they service.

This place is god awful. So disorganized and do not care about the kids whatsoever. Parents should really be looking into what goes on in their clinic.

I'm going to have to say, since I switched to them late 2017 I've seen nothing but progress in my child. She went from full time diapers to none in as little as 3 weeks. It's been 3.5 years and she has increased her words. The staff is wonderful and always caring

Hi,
One of our sons with autism started autism services with Momentum, RI, when he was 3 1/2. He has had autism services for over four years. He is now almost 8 years old, and is graduating into the PASS program, another type of autism service, which we are also receiving from Momentum. People who haven’t seen him in several years can’t believe how much he has improved. I have found the Momentum staff to be smart, responsible, fun, and (most importantly) caring. I have had only good experiences with Momentum in over four years, and I would highly recommend them.
