26I just called to put in a claim. The smell in this hotel was so bad it would make you gag. The room was ok, but by morning that smell had come into the room. We couldn't wait to get outside
I hate to give this property a 2.the staff was a 10, the room was not. It was definitely a smoking room, the smell was terrible. Again, the staff was friendly, and accommodating. I am likely to recommend at a 0 only because we requested a non smoking room, and the whole floor appeared to be non-smoking.certainly not the case
Room was clean. Not too many amenities in the room such as coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. However, staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly. However, we got to our room and all the towels were damp. Only gave us one roll of toilet paper. No tissues. The floor was dirty. There were ants on the floor of our room. There was hair in the beds and my biggest issue was the beds were damp. The entire room felt damp and had a damp smell to it. Even our clothes were damp the next morning. I personally would not stay here again.
Best coffee in the mornings and I can say the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is very clean and housekeeping is fantastic.
