Jessica has been wonderful to myself and my nephew. Between how kind and understanding, to how knowledgeable and how well she explained the processes to us. She was able to help us set up a personal account and a savings account with no hassle.

As a customer for many years, and just recently having our organization switch to this bank and going through setting that up, I an honestly say the individuals there have nothing but the highest patience and customer service level one should expect to receive. Jessica and everyone there have been fantastic and continue to help us in so many ways. My husband applied for an auto loan so that we can change our current servicer. I said I would be on the loan if they needed my earnings to approve it. We were told that day that he was approved by himself after the loan person took the info to his manager for approval. Today he went in with the loan payoff notice as directed and he was told that a different manager denied the loan because of the earnings. I tried to call to see if I could still be put on the loan and never got through to a person after 5 minutes on hold. Now my husband's credit has a hit on it and no loan. What kind of bank is this?

I am so upset at this institution, I've been trying to fix my wife's banking account transfer ability, since my wallet and all id's were stolen and they have been totally useless. My wife is bed ridden and handicapped and they insist I drag her to a branch to verify her account. I already have all her security info I just want some online banking issues answered? OMG
