When I dropped my bike off for service, I asked Ben Stone what he thought about the new generation Domane. He spent the better part of an hour answering that question, and many more. When I returned to NBX a couple of months later to purchase my new bike, Jason made the selection and ordering process a breeze, and Ben worked his magic to engineer the perfect fit. Matt even took the time to call me with a status update while my new bike was on order.

Had a great experience purchasing a bike from NBX. They really take the time to get to you know you, and what you’re looking for to fit you with the proper bike.

The NBX team is incredible and working with them is just an awesome experience. I came in off the street needing cable stops for a 2019 Trek Domane SLR rim brake frame for a bike that I was attempting to build on my own. (Basically, tiny little plastic fittings that no longer exist anywhere). I worked with Jay Cerullo who took me under his wing to solve the problem. Jay spent significant time and researched the issue down to the exact part numbers and actually was able to get them from Ben Stone, (world class NBX mechanic/engineer) from his private stock/home shop. I was blown away-Jay, Ben and team saved me! At the same time, I had been wanting to upgrade my Dual Sport 4 fitness bike to an FX-6 Sport. Long story short, I bought the FX6 and am thrilled. #NBXcustomerfor life. This team is the best-I am lucky to be local. Matt and his entire crew at NBX are awesome! I've been buying great bikes, cycling gear and clothing at NBX since the shop opened. Their Thursday evening shop group rides are a great way to get comfortable on a bike - and increase your miles and speed!

Had been looking for a bike for a few years when an email came through announcing NBX’s sale. Found what I wanted in minutes, purchased it online, received a call within minutes that it was ready for pick up. Buster the following day and was given an excellent overview by Jay. The amount of attention and help he provided is why I’ll always shop at small businesses, and will return to NBX bikes again.

Went back again to get a new bike for my teenage son. I was so impressed with the care and time they spent fitting him and making sure he was comfortable on the new bike. I spent a little more on a better bike, because I know that this store stands behind what they sell. I go out of my way to recommend this store to others.

NBX is a great bike shop. I had my mountain bike thoroughly rehabbed recently. Ben Stone is the best bike mechanic anywhere. He explained why every component needed to be replaced and why each replacement part was the correct choice for my bike. Plus Matt, NBX's owner, supports both road and mountain bikers!

I dropped by NBX in hopes of getting a spoke replaced and the wheel trued. Matt kindly greeted me and asked what I needed. I was hoping to drop of my wheel to have it fixed. Matt promplty put the rim on the trueing stand and indicated that I may not be able to get it back to normal due to the warping and tension of the spokes on the rim. I agreed and asked what we could do. Matt said "Let me take a look downstairs. "

Matt came back a few minutes later with a wheel that would work. I asked if he could swap the cassett which he glady replied sure. As I walked around the shop I realized that I should've invested in Trek stock back in the 90s when I was working at DJ Handblebars. I mean $7999 can buy a bike nowadays.

Just a few minutes later the cassett was swapped and Matt was ringing me out. I promplty zipped home, installed the old tire, tube, and was off riding again. Thank you Matt and NBX!

Matt and the rest of the team at NBX were an absolute pleasure work with to get me the bike I wanted. I’ve been riding and racing bikes since I was a teenager in the mid-80s. I knew exactly what I wanted for a bike which was not a stock build. I wanted different crankset, a different cassette, a different seat post, and a different stem. This would make it so my new bike matched my other bikes in fit and gearing. NBX took the time to listen to me, and get me everything I asked for to make my new bike perfect!

Always enjoy a trip to NBX! It's a 35 mile ride to get there but always worth the trip!
