Nordstrom Rack, Warwick RI

I was at this store on Tuesday 12/27/2022 and I approached a female staff member covering the floor between the womens and men’s section and asked her to price check a pair of sneakers for me and never returned. When I went up to her originally she kept saying they wouldn’t scan and I said to her if she can get a manager and she said no. I think she kept them for herself because she complimented them how cute they were. She had me waiting there for 30 min and she was nowhere to be found.

Went shopping for new shoes.
Found a pair i really liked and found a great deal on a new wallet as well

It was ok, wasn't that excited when I got there after hearing many social media influencers brag about this store.

The place was clean, employees were helpful, and there was an ok selection. I didn’t end up buying anything because I didn’t love the styles.

Need more inventory new new women sho section is boring and make up I guess a trip to Westwood Nordstrom

This particular store doesn't have a lot of selection concerning designers clothes and shoes. I have visited many times but unfortunately I have not been able to find shoes and clothing.

Very dark and dingy. Nothing about this place was attractive or inviting or making me wanting go in, looks like it belongs in an old Mill Outlet.

Lady with the bald head that was working the front desk has terrible customer service. Asked her a question and she totally ignored me like she was better than me or something.

So unorganized now. Things are everwhere, the style and quality has downgraded as well. Bummer, I used to like shopping here

Great deals for even greater prices! I bought a $185.00 brand black pair of sneakers for only $24.00!

Went there today and dressing room was closed for 2 hours. Several customers including myself put back our items and left them. I realize the staffing problems but this is unacceptable

I bought these glasses and this is the second one that I grabbed and it just breaks. I think this particular item should be taken out of shelves, especially regarding the safety of anyone, especially children.

The deals aren't like they used to be, I once bought a $800 for $150. If you shop well and look hard there are deals to be had!

Mel is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She really brings great customer service to the brand!

Typical department store. Make sure you have the time to pick through racks! I don't enjoy this type of shopping, hence the 3 stars. I like to be able to walk in a store and see what they have right out in front of me. It's just OK in my opinion.

Nothing to rave about. Prices for some items very high. Sheet sets and blankets what you would expect. Handbags ridiculously high no bargain. Ladies shoes no sandals or summer shoes. Summer PJ's. No plus sizes. Sorry didn't check men's dept. Bathing suits
1 rack. Truthfully I went there because everything is on one floor. It really is a.hit or miss in my mind with this store. Probably won't shop there till the fall.

Not would you expect from the Nordstrom name at all. Looked more like a marshalls when I went in today
