All the shelters are doing the best they can to help animals, since many people prefer to buy a designer dogs instead of rescuing, it's difficult for the shelters to keep a float. One suggestion to Rhode Island shelters is to lower the cost in order for people to be able to afford it. Discounts should be given to Senior citizens
citizens discount should be taken in consideration while adoption

Captain is very nice. Found them more helpful in the past with found baby bird but still a solid shelter
