3We have been with NRI for 25 years, my 5 kids have always received great medical care. However, over the past few years the staff are not as friendly and pleasant, not one hello or a smile on my last visit.
Joanne is great, she is very thorough, explains everything to us in a helpful way, answers all of questions (first time mom here!), and never makes us feel rushed. I've also been pleased with the responsiveness of the staff. I've called a few times with questions and concerns and a nurse or doctor has called me back within an hour to discuss my concerns. The same is true for the on call doctor.
One of the best primary care offices I have been to. I was a patient and now my son is they always follow up and make sure my son gets any therapies or treatments he needs.
