I have gone to Northrop's auto for more than 20 years. They have always treated me well and fairly. Their work is excellent and I have never had to take anything back.
My visit to Northup's was to seek a 2nd opinion on needed repairs diagnosed by my auto dealer. Northup confirmed the needed repairs and were authorized to perform the repairs. They did so expeditiously, issued my State Inspection sticker and all is well, a quick resolution. I will be back in the future.
Parked flat bed tow truck illegally on private property and endangered families with children in an effort to make a buck from a broken down car. I witnessed this at a daycare center in Saunderstown, RI.
Fixed my tire leaks, changed engine oil. And they are reasonably priced. In my opinion, honest service.
The front desk person has the patience to listen to people.
