I've worked with both the sales staff and the office manager on multiple transactions, and I have nothing but good things to say. They are always organized and responsive.

They don't keep appointments I had 2 month advance appointment they couldn't keep

Just wanted to give a shout out to Molly who works in parts at Ocean House. She was diligent, professional and efficient sourcing parts for my Yamaha outboard. Without her effort, I wouldn’t have gotten my boat back in the water within a week. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Now, I just need to be able to sneak in and have the mechanics work on my boat if they find the time.

I would give six stars if I could! The team at Ocean House was so helpful when we bought our Yamaha from them. I’m sure my sale was small compared to many of their others, but they still made me feel like a priority and were so accommodating. All of the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and Jon seems to have stepped seamlessly into Rob’s shoes as the new owner!

The team at Ocean House is outstanding. I lost an engine on My 32 Regulator mid -season and needed to go for a re-power. Everyone I spoke to said engines were impossible to find. John and Rob found me a pair right away. They went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the water as quickly as possible. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Stay away from this dealership do not buy any boats from them. They sold me a boat with a 2- bad motor. I purchased the boat with 110 hours and 170 hours two powerheads blown weeks apart. They did not install my stereo correctly over the course of the winter. They also cracked my table that I spent $3000 for from regulator. If anyone wants to see pictures and proof I have it. They may have dummied up the motors or turned the hours back illegally we have not found the reason these two power heads to go. All they want is their winter service funding but I am out almost $45,000

These guys are really professional and welcoming. They do excellent work. Only place I could find a tiller, pull start Yamaha 25 last summer. The purchase was really easy working with Cullen. I then had them winterize the engine this year and today I picked it up and Russell was extremely accommodating on very short notice. Had the motor ready and loaded it into my car.

Top drawer marina. Very nice people. They get it done when they say they will. Excellent Yamaha outboard (only) people.

Great people and enjoyed renting a pontoon boat from them. If you're new to boating, take your time and avoided the breach way. Enjoy the sand bars in the pond. Great time. Thank you.

This place is incredible for service of Yamaha engines. From the initial call which was taken by the owner Rob to working with their service team was a great experience. This is the first time I went there and it was after a couple tough experiences with other marine service companies. They fixed the problem and it was the little things they did such as cleaning up the wiring as they put things back, checking the trailer, other parts of the engine, etc. I could tell they took pride in their work as things looked better after they were done even cosmetically. I was impressed with the initial assessment and the communications with what they were going to do. There were no surprises on the work done or what the costs were going to be. Calling before doing the work was greatly appreciated. All Right. Enough of the praise! Thank you.

So very pleased with not only the boat we rented for the day, but the service we received. We were nervous as we booked last min (morning of), but we called on our way and they had things ready by the time we got there. We rented the 12 person pontoon had our 4 kids and a couple friends join us, there was more than enough room! The staff gave us tips on where to anchor and swim as well as a map of the "pond". Great day! And will def be going back
