Old Post Office Bagel Shop, New Shoreham RI

If your on Block Island, or plan to visit; you have to stop in at the Post Office Bagel shop. Delicious, perfectly baked, crispy outside, chewy inside bagels. Wide selection of toppings (try the tomato, pesto cream cheese), all prepared in house.

Nice place to enjoy a breakfast sandwich (they make a great bacon, egg and cheese), or some great pastry and a coffee. My wife and I go there every morning, while on Island
It's the ideal spot for people watching at the corners of Ocean, Water, Corn Neck, and Old Town roads.

Say Hi to Bill? The owner. Great guy who's owned and operated the Bagel shop for 25 years. Get there early because, it's usually busy. The food is so good everyone whose been to BI knows it's the "Go to place" for the Best Bagels!

Best bagel I think I've ever had and I'm from NY. Not to mention their incredible, one of a kind, giant muffins and scones. Everything is homemade and fresh. Family run business done right. Do yourself a favor and try their cinnamon raisin bagel with homemade honey cream cheese. It's fantastic

The burrito was delish. The staff does a great job moving the people along. It's busy but they get you served quickly. Terrific!

The service was awful, the servers would roll their eyes when they got frustrated. I Lost my appetite after getting the order.

Decent food and friendly staff, but the proprietor, Bill, enjoys being rude and confrontational with his customers. There are better breakfast options across the street at the Cracked Mug or around the corner at Persephone's.

Average, bland food catered towards old white people. Bagels and flavored cream cheeses save the review. Please season the eggs and bacon

Staff was very nice we came in close to closing time so some of the selections were out but food and staff were excellent
