The staff was great. Facilities good. I felt they are overbooked and the doctor did not have the time to properly evaluate me. Several times the meeting was quick and the doctor was rushed.
I am slowly getting better and am happy now starting with PT.

Am a senior citizen that is over-weight and not the least bit athletic, told that hip replacement surgery was simple and would change my life. ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Thank you Dr Marchand and his team. Couldn't have asked for better team - especially since my first hospitalization ever!
South County Hospital was exceptional. Attentive from the moment I stepped in to the hospital.

Woke up pain free for the first time in more years than I want to admit.

Everyone that I knew that had hip replacement was very fit, very athletic so I took whatever they said very suspiciously - that was not me. I am not young and not fit.

Don't hesitate. Do it.

I was out of bed the same day and went home the next. I wanted to drop the cane the first week but decided to keep folks around me happy and used the cane and walker for couple of weeks - but not always in the house. Best thing I every did for me and know that I need to have other hip done at some time in the future but willing sooner than later because it was just so easy and the results were so amazing.

Don't hesitate. Don't waste as much of your time as I did. Enjoy your life as you deserve. Do it.

I have requested my spouse's records twice and still have NOT received them from this office. If I do not get them soon I will have my lawyer get them for me.

Dr Bradley replaced my hip 3 years ago. I was in a lot of pain prior to the surgery. All went well. I've been walking 8K steps per day and ride the bike often. No problems, no pain. I would recommend Dr Bradley and Ortho RI.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Michael Bradley. A broken leg turned into a total knee replacement to correct the damage done by Dr. Bradley. Absolutely no communication or concern. When I asked to see Dr. Bradley I was passed on to another PA. I finally went to University Orthopedics after my Physical Therapist urged me to get a second opinion for my seriously crooked leg. It was a very different and positive experience. After a year I was back on track. Definitely not 100% but much better. I would urge people NOT to deal with Dr. Bradley. He only cares about the number of joint replacements and $$$.

I saw Doctor Micheal Bradley in January 2012 for my second left knee replacement, (revision). The outcome was just as bad as the original which was replaced by Doctor Micheal Bradley. To add insult to injury I had to have a second operation the repair the quadricep as It was torn directly following the surgery. No explanation was given as to why this happened? I have since scheduled the THIRD replacement, (second revision) at New England Baptist Hospital which specializes in revision joint replacement and I am optimistic!

2013 I saw Doctor Bradley for torn tendons in my left shoulder, (rotator cuff), he operated with an immediate failure, he said it must have been something I had done to make it fail. He repeated the surgery and I went on retreat while I healed, same result, immediate failure. I followed up with an orthopedic surgeon from Boston. He told me that this type of surgery was beyond his scope. He recommended I see a reconstructive surgeon at MGH, so I picked one of the two doctors recommended and saw him at Massachusetts General Hospital, he told me that there is a different type of surgery that typically has a much better outcome, however, it is much more involved. He then told me that I was not a candidate as there was not enough of the tendon, (to much damage), left after the two previous surgeries to perform this advanced surgery. So I am left with a shoulder that causes me daily pain and will require a reverse rotator joint replacement in the future.

Absolutely love the drs and staff at Ortho Rhode Island I truly can't say enough or even put into words how amazing this group of people are and how much they have affected my life in such a positive way I will always be so thankful for the team at Ortho Rhode Island for literally changing my life I can honestly say I'm living now instead of just existing and my existence before meeting them was an extremely painful and unpleasant way of just existing. My life after Ortho Rhode Island is pain free and actually living instead of just existing. Thank you Dr. Badly and your care team for everything you did for me and continue to do for myself and others. There are no words for the gratitude and appreciation I feel.

I highly recommend Dr. Moriarty and her staff. She is professional and kind. As important, Ortho RI has wonderful people handle their appointments. They are always helpful and friendly. They make me smile.

This is glenn Stuart and I would like to send Dr. Burns a triple A review for the care I received after my accident being hit by a car as a pedestrian. He was very understanding and gave me excellent care to help me through this unfortunate incident. His office staff also were excellent through this whole episode. Thanks again and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone

I called to get copies of my records and Rebecca was very helpful in assisting me. She took the time to describe the process of securing copies of my X-Rays and made sure I understood how to fill out the request form.

HORRENDOUS! This is my first review, as i give people the benefit of the doubt. I had to write this because my husband is in critical need of hip surgery and was recommended by a friend of ours.

My husband has left messages since the 20th of Last month on your 'scheduling' phone number after waiting and waiting because no one answers the phone.

After leaving THREE messages he still has not received a call back. It feels like malpractice as they should have a recording saying they are booked and can not accept new patients.

This is really unconscionable to leave your senior population in pain and string them along like this.

I came in with a cyst and left with major surgery from Benjamin Phillips. And I still have a cyst and can’t put weight on my hand (which I could before surgery). I have pain often, more so than before surgery. As it was said to me-I can fix that. I’m worse than I was before, and wish I had never gone in. After surgery, I followed directions to massage hand and do exercises to help reduce any scar tissue. I have seen other surgeons in which I was told scar tissue is now a major factor for my pain, in addition to the cyst. At this point, I need surgery again or to just deal with everlasting pain. And more so than when I came in.

Would give zero stars if I could. I had an absolutely miserable experience under the care of Dr. Migliori at South County Hospital over the course of a week. I can only describe the care I received as negligent/medical malfeasance. I dislocated my shoulder while having a seizure. This doctor made me wait for 3 full days in the hospital with my shoulder dislocated before reducing it. When she did reduce it, it came out immediately again. It slipped out continuously through the course of a week. I told the doctor repeatedly that my arm was still dislocated and she denied it continuously without even checking on me 1 time. I have dislocated my opposite shoulder hundreds of times - I know when my arm is out. In addition to straight up failing to reduce my shoulder, and then denying it outright without ever physically examining me (basing her assessment on a single X-ray, at which time the shoulder just happened to be in momentarily) this doctor gave me an improper sling for my specific injury and also had me on a completely inadequate medication plan. I spent my entire week at a pain level of 10/10, receiving the smallest dose of Oxycodone possible to give. On discharge, my medication dosing schedule was further reduced. Now I am stuck waiting for the next few days with a dislocated, unfunctioning arm, in excruciating pain, completely under medicated. I haven't been able to sleep for over a week due to my level of pain. Therefore, I cannot heal. Luckily, I was able to secure an appointment with a fine sports medicine orthopedic surgeon named Dr. Alford at Ortho RI's Warwick office. This doctor has conducted arthroscopic surgery on me many times due to my vulnerability to this specific shoulder injury.

Again, I have never in my life received such poor medical care as I received under Dr. Migliori. Her treatment of me was absolutely negligent, and I am suffering immensely as a result. Even getting a steady supply of ice to help reduce swelling was a constant and uphill battle while in the hospital. My experience with this doctor was beyond disappointing and insulting. What place does a doctor have to tell you that you don't know what is happening within your own body? I bring myself to the E. R.anytime that I have dislocated my shoulder and can't reduce it on my own. I know when it's messed up. If this doctor had given me one single look, she would have known that my arm was out. Instead of examining me, Dr. Migliori thought it best to be in denial about the information I was giving her. By far the worst medical care I have ever received.

Dr Benjamin Phillips explained exactly what was wrong with my wrist and how he was going to repair it. I sincerely trust him, his medical knowledge and his judgment. I highly recommend him! Also the fact that he specializes in plastic surgery is amazing since the incision is on the top of my hand. I had surgery 3 weeks ago and my incision looks amazing. I'm so impressed! Also the entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease even through some not-so-easy time.

If your a female in the age range 35_40 do not go here, they seem to rope you in on general age related injuries, if you have rare bone disorder do not go here, cause you will be made to suffer in pain, called crazy, misdiagnosed once.

This time I'm not letting go of lack of caring from medical field. After this painful injury heals. I'm never seeing another doctor.
South County Orth joined the rest of medical world of not care an especially if your female.

As the result of a cycling accident, I left part of the tendon on my index finger on a guard rail. The ER doctor at South County Hospital referred me to Dr. Ben Phillips at Ortho RI to repair it. Surgery went extremely well. I never heard him say, "oops" even once! Very professional. In my pre-operative meeting with him, he explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. He went over the procedure again in pre-op and again offered to answer more questions. He was completely up front with me with regarding recovery, what to expect, and the need for physical therapy. When the wound and incisions healed I began physical therapy with Lori Lind at Ortho RI. A consumate professional with many years of experience, Lori specializes in hand injuries. Over the next two months she took me through a series of progressively agressive hand exercises that broke down the internal scaring on the tendon and restored the felxibility to the injured finger. When I started, I could barely get the tip of my finger to within 1-1/2 inches of the tip of my thumb. As of this writing, it's 90-days since the crash, there is still minor residual stiffness in the finger (which I'm confident will resolve itself) but I have resumed all normal activities with hardly any discomfort or issues. I highly recommend this team without reservation. I do, however, recommend against crashing your bicycle into a guard rail.
