Panera Bread, Lincoln RI

3 Half bowls of soup, one full sandwich, 2 half sandwiches and 3 plastic cups of soda 56.00. It's a rip off. Also, a tip was asked when we slide in a credit card into the machine when we the clients are the ones who Carrie the food to the table and clean the table. We could eat more and better for the same price in a portuguese restaurant. We definitely could eat better and more in an Applebee's or Chili's restaurant for the same price or put 10 more dollars. At least we are served at the table. So, go to Panera Bread, will be never again.

Best lemon cookies in paradise but order a day before they disappear to quickly cause are so yummy

Very busy at lunch time. Our sandwiches were thrown together and were messy to eat. The grilled cheese was overflowing and stuck to the wrapper. My apple was rotten. It looked shiny red on tge outside but was brown and soft on inside. It was too busy to ask for a replacement, besides, I lost my appetite after that gross bite. Not worth the money.

Went through the drive thru and was sittin in line for 20 minutes.when we got to the window, no one was even there.oh and you guys suck at it

If I could rate 0 I would. Staff doesn't care about customers, or the food they serve. We ordered delivery that showed up over an hour late and the store blamed it on the "third party". Items were missing and items not ordered were included. I placed the order early in the AM to ensure that everything would be included and even that didn't help. The MGR that I spoke to (twice) didn't seem to even care and would "get back to me". Its been 2 weeks and nothing. At this point they are really just over priced fast food, and not even fast anymore

Everyone here is so nice, i came in and it was super busy like line out the door busy, i ordered my food but after waiting 20 min i had to go back to work, i asked for a refund and they were very understanding and apologetic, one of the gentlemen even made me a bagel while the girl was refunding me becuase he felt bad, not only that but he included a bottled water a cookie and a croissant, he turned a poor experience into a great one and i wasnt even updet because he was that nice

To the cashier, Susan. Lighten up! You clearly weren’t in the greatest of moods taking my order. Also, be less condescending, thank you!

Panera bread is always pretty good what was nubs here was how accommodating the staff was, thank you for a great experience.

I was very unimpressed I tried their new Caprese sandwich and normally panera is amazing. The best. But this sandwich is making me feel so sick and disgusting and I ate it at 1 PM. I am very unsatisfied by how I am still feeling and how I felt when I ate. So this is rating the sandwich not the place because panera is good just not that meal.

Great coffee, pleasant staff, and line moved quickly. I only had coffee, yet noticed how clean the dining area and coffee section was.

Can’t believe how over priced they are. $10.99 for a Caprese sandwich? $5.99 for a bow of soup that was seriously sooooo small. I really thought they made a mistake and gave me a cup. So many better places around. Plus every single time I’ve ever been they’ve messed my order up or it’s taken way too long for a fast food place. Whenever I place an order for rapid pickup it is NEVER ready on time. Sometimes 20 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. I’m all set with Panera.

This Panera Bread has a drive thru! It's ultra convenient. I love their food but I took a star off because their prices are getting too high.

The food is fine but the online delivery system has resulted in multiple errors and issues as of late. Orders not being delivered and not ready after receiving confirmations that orders were complete. Store management is unapologetic.

I love Panara. Food is always prepared the way I order it. Favorite menu deal is the "You Pick 2". A choice of 2: 1/2 a sandwich, cup of soup, and salad. Usually VERY busy at noon time during the week, with a possible wait time of 15-20 minutes for food.

I love Panera it is a great place to have lunch there are tables outside and their food is amazing keep up the good work

If fellow Panera customers want eggs bacon and cheese sandwich after 11am go to McDonald's. It seems they stop serving breakfast at 11am. The concept of brunch eludes Panera. I have faith that in the near future even Panera will celebrate brunch, a great American tradition

Today was a great day. It was a little busy and I used the self service kiosk. Lunch was delivered fast and fresh with very little waiting time. Was much better with staff at the pick up counter to keep some order going. Was chaos last time.

We ordered lunch to go and I don't know how they did it but they got all 3 orders wrong, never again what a waste of 63.00

Ok, I loved the food my food was a little cold but it was still really good, Another thing that annoyed me was that they were out of my favorite drink the last thing was that happened was they gave my sister the wrong side and they were pretty mad that we came up to ask for the right side

Was waiting for almost 30 minutes. No response, Finally a Lady called for people waiting online for long time. I understand there is a computer problem, but where is backup? One guy asked me whether I order in Kiosk and thats it, he didn't even turned up for courtesy:)
