Unbelievable! $25 for a delivered xtra large pizza! Apparently there is now a $4.99 charge for delivery. No thanks!

Absolute horrible customer service. We ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks and when they delivered it they said they forgot them. So we called in Asking for the mozzarella sticks and they said they are to busy their not coming out. We told them that is bad business even though they credited it back to us but we should get what we ordered. They could send somebody out on the next trip since we also live on Putnam pike. They hung up on me mid sentence after arguing with me over the phone and wouldn’t listen and talking over me. I will never order from them again!

Employee **Kerry** is outstanding always makes sure everything is complete and correct. Nothing but good things need more employees like him. Young kid and already has the work grind mode on! Keep it up! 100**

I like the floppy Pizza but I have to order three times the pepperoni to satisfy me but I like the flavor I like the cheese the pepperoni, unfortunately my last visit was a disappointment we always go to the places we like for consistency we know what it tastes like we know what we like about it but when it doesn't come out right we are very disappointed

I like their sauce. I had the chicken parm over fettucini with cheese breadsticks. The Papa Gino's near me closed years ago, so this was a treat.

They cancelled my order without a phone call explaining why. The store wasn't closed when I made my order so what was the reason? I'll never know.

Pick up, ask for it lightly done and, as usual, awesome. As always, their special blend of cheeses excellent.don't change anything. They even reminded me about the $3.00 off on our rewards card. No complaints, just perfect, and great cooks at this loc.

I love this place! The food is always good and on time and the environment and employees are warm and welcoming! The shift leaders are always amazing.

I gotta say, there is a lot of negative reviews on here but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location! By far my favorite, maybe I just order so much they know me just by the name coming up.

Food was cold. Pizza and breadsticks were way under cooked and not worth the money. Haven't been to papa Gino's in years and definitely won't be back. Don't waste your money

Sorry guys, I generally like your pizza, but. Let me preclude this review by saying that I know the quality vs.price debate before you even think it, so. I get it, but. Keep in mind I already anticipated having to heat everything back up once I got home.
Ok, so I tried the burger - not horrible, but they ignored my request to put all veggie condiments on the side (see photo). Just threw them on there. Fries didn't even have salt or any seasoning NONE. Doesn't even come with ketchup packets. Lastly, just look at my $5 hot dog (pathetic). Uncooked white onions (can't even see them in the photo that's how little there were) and pickles. Bun came apart before I even picked it up. No sauce either - DRY. I was going to put condiments on when I got home. The dog was barely heated up. I could do better for cheaper (and most likely quicker) making it in house. I'm going to do that next time. PASS ON PAPA'S.
I just knew they would screw it up and they still did ANYWAY. DO BETTER PAPA GINO'S. Sad. Thank god I don't tip for pick up, I'd want my money back. I'm taking a T. O.from Papa Ginos for now. Do better. Be better.
It was absolutely DEAD in there, even on a Friday. DEAD. No excuses. Maybe after a few months I'll try again, maybe. Doubt it though. Piezonis makes just as good food if not better.

In conclusion, I hate seeing people who hate their jobs perform them poorly with disdain towards the customer who are the ones actually providing them a purpose to have a job in the first place. This was an online order too, so no excuses about instructions as they were communicated through the Papa Gino's website.

Unprepared with pizza, Customer service needs much improvement. Ordered a Pizza today, lg. Pizza with half Sweet Sausage, the person who made the Pizza must have been high, most of the cheese was in the center, and most of the Sausage was on 2 Slices. The Manager Obviously didn't check The work of his People.

Great food and the restaurant was very clean. My food was ready quick and the staff was very pleasant

We ate in the restaurant there was nobody there. There were a lot of takeout orders oh, but I know the best way to eat a pizza is to have them cook it and serve it to you hot and fresh. It was wicked good and the french fries for outstanding.

Always enjoy the pizza here. The staff is always very cheerful. They do a great job taking care of my family every-time we come in. Highly recommend trying it out.

My son ordered 2 pizzas on Sunday March 6, It was so overcooked it was eating cardboard. I usually enjoy your pizza. Need a new cook for sure.

Placed an order by phone and when I got there to pick it up said they had no order for me. Kid said I never placed an order so I guess I spoke to a ghost at papa Gino's and showed up to pick up my order and no pizza. So unprofessional!

I love papa ginos! But that experience my daughter and I had the other night in Smithfield ri was absolutely horrible! BBQ mac & cheese was ice cold! Garlic bread too.very upset, especially since I've been enjoying papa ginos for over 40 yrs! I blame the cooks not the franchise.
