The BEST Physical and Hand Therapy facility! Last February I met with Dr Brianna after a year of breast cancer. I was in a lot of physical pain after a year of minimal activity. She listened, educated me and worked weekly to have the specific exercises needed to move me forward. Dr Brianna was so patient and helped me learn the importance of listening to my body. She gave me exercises to do at home and I did them daily! It was a partnership! I am beyond grateful for her as I am now able to do anything without pain! I am confident to do my exercises and listen to my body! She is the BEST!

The other part of my therapy was hand therapy! I had neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis in both hands post cancer. Jackie was my hand therapist and helped me immensely by understanding why I had neuropathy and put an individual plan of exercises together that included strength, flexibility and motion to help me with daily activities. She is a true blessing! I no longer have numbness in my left hand and minimal in my right hand. Jackie gave me tools and exercises to do at home and I did them daily and as she instructed! This was another true partnership!

I never had physical or hand therapy before and now I am a firm believer because I would not and could not be where I am today without Brianna and Jackie from Pappas! I am living a pain free life because of them and their expertise!

I have been coming to Pappas OT for several months now and have nothing but the best things to say. The staff is absolutely fantastic and makes every patient feel like friends and family. I used to look forward to the days of the week I would come in because I always felt welcomed, cared about, and motivated to get better. My strength and health has improved tremendously since starting here and seeing my progress has been so exciting. I am so excited to be finishing up my sessions after showing and feeling so much growth, but will miss the environment that Pappas and my physical therapist Sean Rush created. I can’t thank this team enough for everything they have done and wouldn’t recommend any other place for PT or OT services. They are truly the best at what they do and are such amazing people. Also Sean’s hair always looks FANTASTIC.

I had horrible shoulder pain and Sean was amazing with developing a plan to get me back to normal so I could workout comfortably. He took into consideration all of my thoughts and concerns and was very active with my recovery. Would highly recommend Sean for your PT needs.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Pappas during my session and he was a very nice person, the way he interacted
with his employees and the patients was very comforting, I always look forward to my next session Jodi!

Pappas was truly a game changer for me. I came here for treatment for TMJ and I worked with Shawn. He was amazing! He educated me on how my muscles move and work and how everything is connected, and gave me the tools I needed to manage pain and improve function and range of motion in my jaw and neck, even when my other doctors said nothing could be done. Pappas has a welcoming environment where the physical therapists and aids treat you like an actual person. When I was there for my appointments, I would forget that I was actually at the doctors. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d recommend this place and Shawn to anyone!
