Ely did my nails and she and everyone in the salon were very nice! Ely did such an awesome job and made sure I was happy with my nails each step of the way! I would definitely recommend

Terrible communication skills and customer service!
Please let this be known my review is not directed towards the business as a whole it is directed towards my daughters lash tech Reana specifically. I thought the place itself was professional but her on the other hand was extremely unprofessional.
I have never posted a bad review about anyone or anything but unfortunately my eyelash experience here has been that AWFUL that I feel it is necessary to discuss.
My experience started when a double booking walked in one was turned away with an apology. Then bashed about lack of tip each appointment. To my knowledge tipping is optional and no customer would appreciate being talked about in that way.
Next I was asked to keep my 2 small children at home which I completely understood because it is a relaxing environment just to have her 3-4 small children at the studio while getting my lashed done by another tech.
She has cancelled appointments over the phone because she was arguing with her significant other & had to rush home.
If it wasnt for the convenience of being so close to my home I would have picked another studio a long time ago.
My daughters first 2 appointment I was asked the day of to take her in an hour early.
My daughters 3rd appointment was on a Saturday at 3. Around 12 I got a call from Reana stating that if I couldnt get my daughter there by 1 then she wouldnt have services provided due to her lack of childcare (I had to uber my child there as I was super busy)
At this point as a customer I had the right to be upset and expressed to her how unprofessional her communication has been in booking appointments and sticking to that time.
Upon confirming her 4th appointment with no response I contacted the owner for confirmation in which Reana cancelled my childs appointment with less then 24 hr notice.
When communicating with the owner how terrible this experience has been and trying to book my daughters relash with her instead she declined due to being close with Reana, not wanting to get "involved. " Making a business situation personal instead of simply providing services needed.
I have been a customer with Rosie the owner for about 15 years now. Filing taxes, microblading, eyelash extensions and teeth whitening. It wasnt until my daughter switched to Reana at their new location that our experience went down hill.
I hope her attitude towards this buisness can smarten up before she brings the whole company down

I've been coming here for a few months now to get my lashes done. I am in love and completely satisfied. My lash tech not only gives me that full natural look and that's exactly how I like em. Ladies I definitely recommend if you need your lashes slayed, also they do the best teeth whitening this is the place to be at

I've been going to Rosy for my lashes for three years now. Shes very professional and actually cares about all her clients, unlike other salons that just want to make a quick buck. Shes personable and ensures that you always look and feel your best. I highly recommend this salon. I travel over an hour from another state just to get lashed by Rosy that right there just speaks volumes! Thank you for all that you do.
