Hello my father recently bought flower arrangements from you guys and isn’t too good with the internet but he wanted me to pass along a message from him:

My mom (Barbara Carlow) recently passed away and l told my family that we should go to Petals to take care of the flower arrangements. We all went there as a family and we’re meet by Cheryl who spent a vast amount of time with us to satisfy all our needs. When we arrived for the wake we were overwhelmed with the arrangements. Everyone who attended commented on the amazing arrangements. Even the funeral director who has been in the business for over 40 years said he has not remembered anything with such beauty. Petals was a great experience! Great service, prompt delivery and beautiful flowers. Prior to calling them I made the mistake of ordering from an online company called Blossom flower delivery. They took my money, never delivered flowers and never refunded me. Learn from my mistakes and call a local florist like Petals in Warwick RI.

I have done business with this shop for the past few years now. Cheryl is always a warm welcome when you speak with her on the phone. Like calling a family member and that is what true customer service is all about. Always a beautiful arrangement and on time with regard to when she promises a delivery. Sometimes I have to question myself. ”was it that big on the website” because the end product is always so beautiful. I had to recently call another shop just because they were closed for a day. Had a horrible experience and made me realize just how wonderful this location is. Keep up the wonderful work with not only delivering beautiful arrangements but also your exceptional customer service. I’ll be calling again soon:)!

Very easy to order on line and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. She called to say she was concerned about the flowers being delivered and no one being there to receive them in the cold winter temps. I made sure the person would be there at a certain time for her delivery to be made. Flowers were beautiful and looked just like the arrangement in the picture which is a PLUS to me. I would most certainly order from them again.

Wonderful experience working with the Petals Florist team. They were able to recreate a bridal bouquet as an anniversary gift, and it came out amazing! Great customer service over the phone, and my wife absolutely loved the final product. Thank you Petals Florist!
