Pilgrim Place Laundry

They are rude depending on the color of your skin. I called to ask for the progress on my laundry and was hung up on. This is the first and last time for me. Thanks but absolutely no thanks. No professionalism at all.

First time here and never come back again the lady that working here so ruth not friendly at all.

The place smells like mold. My clothes got ruined while I was using the washers there. I told the attendant what happened, she had no answer. Won't be back there again.

My daughter in law went here to do laundry. They had just bought brand new $70 dollar sheets first time washed came out stained and stuck in the washer THEN puther stuff in dryer and dryer burnt a few other items and melted them which were also stuck in dryer. She told the women that was working she did NOTHING! My son called this morning and was told not his problem she shouldn't have left them in between switching! Like what does that matter? Their machines DESTROYED THEIR STUFF!

Building is not sound leaky ceiling everywhere. And the owner if he doesn't like you or if you don't say good morning to him will make you wait to get your detergent or anything you need from him if there was a closer laundromat I would go very disgusted with that place both building and owner

Wow the rudeness of the woman I called on November 29th to pay for laundry over the phone since someone else was picking it up not only did the woman leave me on hold for 15 minutes. She snapped at me and said “we’ll we don't deliver so come get it “ so rude. The laundry had been done for a day and no one called I had to call them. It’s insane definitely not the service I had here 3-4 years ago the staff has clearly gone down hill.

The wash dry and fold is not so good everything has to be ironed before you can ware it left in dryer comes out wrinkled

Great ownership. Great staff. Very clean. Friendly patrons. I've been going there for many years.
