Pizza Hut, Warwick RI

I've been coming here on and off for my whole life. The past year or so has seen such a dramatic change in the service and quality of the food - for the better. It has been a welcome change in an era in which the price and quality of everything has seemed to decline. To whatever is going on there I hope you can spread it to all other establishments I visit.

I see some rough reviews but I’ve had nothing but good experiences for the last 6 months. Staff is nice and the pizza is always perfect.

Ordered thru grub hub 4 items 2 were sugar free pespi did not receive can not even get 4 items correct, really sad

We ordered a pizza over an hour ago from the warwick ave location, we called to check in as it had been so long,
Nobody answered the phone for 20 minutes,
And then we hung up and somebody called back, laughing and talking to someone and then said hello and imediately put us on hold.
Still haven't talked to anyone and the Contact Us on their website just redirects the page

Dealing with other eat out places which doesn't keep up with good service, this pizza hut is amazing absolutely good service I was ten minutes late and my food is still hot and delicious that garlic parmesan sauce bussin it was hitting on the money definitely worth the 25 minutes drive and worth the money awesome a+ on my list, don't forget to leave a tip

Excellent pizza highly recommend it. And they were ready on time in exactly 15 minutes just like the quoted.

Love the people who work here. They are just amazing. They know how to make our pizza. They are always so kind, and they know my order. If they make a mistake, they always make it right! Great food, great service. Stop there on a Friday or Saturday or maybe during the week for a personal pan!

The gentleman behind the counter was polite, accommodating and quick. It's nice to find that every now and then when picking up to-go food. I will visit when in that area as it's 35 miles from home and the closest Pizza Hut.

Everytime he runs out of supplies for store he orders them through ubereats and never tips. This is a warning for all delivery drivers to beware of this establishment taking advantage of delivery drivers.

Most Pizza Huts have closed near me; however, this Pizza Hut is still open and serving delicious pizza. I drive from East Providence to Warwick just to get an individual pepperoni pizza for my lunch!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They didn't disclose the delivery was being completed by Doordash although I went directly through pizzahut. The delivery time was extended by 20 extra mins because they suddenly outsourced to Doordash. The food was cold when it arrived. The driver asked for a cash payment that I didnt agree to and I had given my card info already at time of ordering. Had to scramble to call the store and no one answered for over 5 mins and when they did they couldn't help me. Said they had no idea and had to call a manager. Why have people work if they can't even handle a problem. From start to finish it was a disaster and I will never be ordering here again. Better to get demos down the road which doesn't charge $6 delivery fee to mess everything up. Demos always gets it right.

The two pizzas I ordered looked like they were reheated from yesterday. Didn't taste fresh and wasn't really that hot. Very disappointed.

Good pizza but their Alfredo wasn't like regular pizza hut's. Both of our Alfredo's barely had any Alfredo sauce very disappointed.

Was not informed that food was going to be delivered by DoorDash.never got the food.rude attitude by a female worker there at Pizza Hut. She hung up twice. When asked for the manager's name, she refused to give that person's name. She didn't want to give me a refund and instructed me to contact DoorDash. Called DoorDash and discovered Pizzza Hut gave them the wrong address.on file.
Unlike the female worker at this local Pizza Hut, the lady at DoorDash was kind and understanding. DoorDash will be contacting Pizza Hut Corporate to have my refund processed. This local Pizza Hut needs to have more responsible and kind workers. Shameful service.

Can't tell you how the food was because I didn't even get that far. Called and was put on hold. Was hung up on twice and that was already a turn off.

I always get my pizzas from this Pizza Hut. I made several unsuccessful attempts at trying to call in an order tonight. I don’t live far from there so I decided to drive there and order my pizza in person. When I walked in the door there was only one girl working in the back doing everything by herself. Clearly it was a very busy evening because they were pizzas everywhere and she was taking care of everyone without hesitation. This girl was doing an amazing job all by herself. The girls name is Ashlyn, not sure if the spelling is correct. I could not believe that she was holding down the fort all by herself and such a busy night. Great job!

I was having a craving for Pizza Hut! I am 4 months pregnant and always come to this location as it’s so good. I went on 10/21 and was leaving to go home. My car was hit in accident and my pizza got towed. Pizza Hut sent me my entire order to Kent ER! Thank you so much very much appreciated!
