Fabulous food. Loud on Friday night but expected. Service was wonderful even when really busy

Great local bar and restaurant. Nice interior, friendly staff, and downtown in Narragansett. Had the Cobb salad and a Whalers APA, very tasty!

Went for dinner last night despite being a bit reluctant with the nutty manager bans of the last few patrons who lightly critiqued the restaurant recently. Wasn’t sure what the service and vibe was going to be. But we went and had a GREAT dining experience. The three of us had a Greek pasta, eggplant parm and chicken parm and a Greek calamari appetizer and a few salads. Basic dishes but were excellent and VERY tasty and fresh. We tend to seek out Greek/Italian restaurants and here, we were not disappointed. The service was also excellent (Sydney was our server) never felt rushed and she was very on top of everything. The room was comfortable and not too loud. We would definitely come back!

Superb meal in a fun, cozy atmosphere. Haley was a great waitress, price was fair and food was awesome. Win/win. It was a great date night.

Lots of choices, food was delicious and plentiful, and the wait staff went out of their way on a very busy night to make sure our large party was well serviced! Thank you Sydney!

Visited this place last year was awesome actually ate there a second time. Must have been short of help this year because service was lacking as was food Probably won't be Back next year Show me the other options. There is no place to answer your request for what happened. So I will answer it here, We waited a long time for food. It seems they were trying to bring everything out at once, so obviously half of the stuff came out ice cold. When we complained about one of the beverages, One of your staff decided to argue with us about it. Like I said, I think I gave this place five stars last year as we ate their twice. The food was not as good, And the service was definitely lacking. Everybody's entitled to a bad day. If you reply to this, I will remove this post as to not punish you for one bad day. Thanks

Edited: Downgraded to 1 star (from an original 4 star review) after a totally unhinged reply from an owner who clearly cannot handle constructive criticism from an honest, unbiased, 4 star review. Clearly hospitality wasn't the smartest career choice.

Stopped here this past weekend. Wanted to try a place we've never been to, and this place popped up on the radar, so we figured why not try it out. We got there about quarter past 4, not realizing they had just opened at 4 pm, so it wasn't busy at all, which was nice. Sat at the bar, ordered a couple of drinks, and began checking out the menu, I was torn between the fish sandwich and their "legendary" pizza. I figured I would give the pizza a try, as the description of the fish sandwich was blah at best. (I mean, it was your absolute standard lettuce tomato on a bulky roll) Our food arrived quick and hot, which is always nice. The pizza could easily feed 2 people. The crust was light a little on the thin side, not too thin, though. It didn't really taste like a pizza dough, but it was still absolutely delicious. The toppings (all veggies) were a little on the sparse side, but not something I would have complained about to the staff. My husband ordered a steak and cheese sandwich, which he had no complaints about, said it was good. There wasn't anything to really rave about. It was average, but good.

Out of all the restaurants we ate at in Narragansett this was my kids favorite. Portions were large & food very tasty. It’s your typical bar/restaurant style. Staff was very pleasant. I would definitely eat here again.

Great family bar and restaurant. I frequent this spot often. The food is very homey and made with high quality ingredients. The staff is also amazing.

Had a couple of drinks, the Key Lime Pie martini was amazing as was the bartender Sonya who also made me a drink of her own recipe called the Dirty Mermaid - it was so delicious and should definitely be on the drink menu.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this establishment. It is my absolute favorite place for dinner in all South County.

I am a regular patron (townie) and have dinner here at least one to two times a week.

Pete and his family are utterly devoted to what they do here and it shows in all they do. The restaurant itself is always spotless; the food is always fresh and I feel very comfortable saying it is literally prepared with love. (Sorry if it sounds silly but it’s the truth) :)

I’m giving my identity away by saying that my favorite is the chicken Milanese with angel hair: nonetheless, every single thing on the menu is prepared with love and attention to detail, especially the sangria at the bar (and it is usually on the bar before I can get to my seat.)

My second favorite is the steak tips (they are usually one of the specials, which fluctuate daily).

It is partially wheelchair accessible: The main part of the restaurant where the bar is can be accessed with no assistance at all. There is a step leading to the main dining area. No issue at all, because they will help you get there if need be.

There are two handicapped spots, one with van access and a * spotless * accessible restroom too.

Always an excellent choice, I give them my highest endorsement and I’m grateful every time I roll on in.

Best spot in ‘Gansett hands down!

Wait staff are hit or miss here. We got a bad one who didn't want to be there. The food is quite good. There is no soundproofing there so it is quite loud. If that bothers you, don't go there.

We decided to stop in for a few drinks since it was a short walk from our hotel. Walked in and asked to sit at the bar which I was quickly obliged. Good so far. The bartender was friendly when I ordered a beer and got it right away. A couple minutes later my fiance made up her mind and asked for the cranberry mule. Ok. Sounds good. I watched her dump a couple ingredients into an old, corroded and tarnished mug. I said ok, fine. Maybe they bought them that way but no, we were told the dishwasher soap does that to them. No apology, just defensiveness. So she said ok, I'll order a mojito. Now, since my fiance told the bartender that the first drink was too acidic that this has lime and will be acidic too. So she explained to her that simple syrup will make it smooth but the bartender continued to demean her. We feel that since we are an interracial relationship the white waitress felt some sort if way.we were just hoping for a chill spot on vacation to have so.e drinks.smfh.disappointed
