Love coming to this location. Very clean. Staff is amazing, they remember your name which automatically makes you feel welcomed and it's just an overall good atmosphere working out here!

I think that you guys have to be more careful on the cleaning part because you don’t know is if there are people allergic like me to the Products plus we have the masks on I had to leave the gym because of that.

Planet Fitness is always a scam. They now advertise no contracts however if you sign up and then try to upgrade or downgrade your membership they require you to sign a 12 month contract. The only other option is to cancel the membership and resign up however then you get stuck paying the yearly fee a second time.

Good place to get a nice workout. There is not many free weights, no barbells, and no racks. Other than that, I don't mind working out here. Plenty of cardio equipment.

Limited space, dark and uninviting. None of the bikes were on. Yuck. Attleboro location much better!

Always clean, lots of machines, 30 minute workout area, free weights, nice area for black card members. Mini orientation classes for those who are new or who like guidance. Music is all pop, but usually not too loud. Plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. Staff is friendly. Only disadvantage is no regular fitness classes like aerobics or spin. It doesn't bother me, but if that's your thing, this is not the fitness club for you.

I've been coming here for like a 6 months and this place was a mess but now this gym pulled a complete 180 in july idk what happened but its really clean now the button in the front exactly works

I joined here a couple months ago and am not sure about the complaints. This is planet fitness, so the weights don’t go very high. If you know how to improvise.it’s not really an issue. I think the staff here is always pleasant.
My only complaint is the guy who always takes up the leg-press and smith machine. He always loads up more weight than he can work with and just hangs around and talks on his phone so he looks cool. It might to some.but not all of us are that dumb. I wish the staff would make a rule about this. That’s it. Place is worth the 20 a month though.

No complaints, I go there a few times a week. Only thing Id want is a sauna. But you get what you pay for.

Worst pf and worst city I've been to in awhile. Hope I never have to come back here.cold shower.hot water for 10 seconds tops and the rest cold. And when I brought it to their attention all they told me was that they knew about the situation already.ok, well why isn't it fixed then? Or at least put a sign on the door saying NO HOT WATER that way your customers aren't freezing their asses off!

P. S.only one hydrobed and the jet stream is crooked? !

Cheap and a nice place to work out. Machines are labeled makes it easier to find what you're looking for.

I absolutely love this gym. I've had gym memberships always since 1982 and this one so far is my favorite gym ever!

Always clean, staff are respectful. The equipment set up is what I really like. I feel it's also a decent size gym, I've been to other PF gyms which I do not really care for.

Joined this gym a little over two months ago. Great facility and super nice staff. Can't really ask for more.

I also joined a year ago had to cut down on visits due to health problems Derick Cardin was very helpful but the new manager Daneelle whatever was rude and uncaring after I told her $39 was taken out for renewal after I canceled due to medical issues, she did not care
I also sent an E mail to Corporate 1 week ago no reply.

I joined the gym almost a year ago, and I am very happy with my decision.the facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Kyle is very helpful and always has a smile on his face. It's great to see that the facility got new machines and the PF 360. Keep up the good work staff at PF Pawtucket!

Friendly and goid customer service there here to help you with what they can. And they always have a smile

I had only been here once due to a technical mistake, and I was cancelling my account. But when I did get to the building, it was pretty quiet mostly because it was the middle of a work day, but it looked like home to some people. This is not the PF I usually go to, so most of me was uncomfortable here. Honestly it looked like a basement that people come to practice boxing in.kinda scary looking and in my eyes not welcoming
