I don't get the hype. It's mediocre at best. There's no flavor at all. Like if you want the blandest taco, then this is your spot.

I have tried almost all the mexican spots around the providence area and im telling you, this place got the best burritos around at a cheaper price than all the other spots!

A creative menu with the tastiest food. Fast and friendly service. Great combinations of classic favorites. I'm a PBJ taco person, savory pulled pork, jalapeno peppers and cheddar jack cheese. Yum. You wont be disappointed.

An employee of theirs has been to my establishment several times. Figured it was time to return the favor.

Fast, fresh, affordable, delicious. Hadn't been in a couple of years. Certainly won't wait that long again.

I never usually take the time to leave bad reviews but the customer service here is terrible. Refused to add a little bit of queso to a burrito without charging $8 for a full order of it on the side. I decided to continue with my order anyway and asked for a couple tortilla chips crushed up inside the burrito (which every other mexican restaurant I’ve been to has been happy to do), and was told no and that I’d have to buy a full order of tortilla chips. How much would it cost to crumble up a couple tortilla chips inside of a burrito? 3 cents? Refusing to accommodate customers in any way, shape or form is a bad look and pretty pathetic.

Just moved close to this location and I really love it. Try the chorizo queso dip. I love it. Friendly service and prices. My girlfriend wants the option for al pastor. I however love the menu.

Food is just okay. On many occasions I have been given cold food. My biggest compliant is that to order you have to call and it's literally impossible to get through. I tried for 45 minutes to order and continually got the busy tone. Eventually I gave up and went to another Mexican place that I was immediately able to order from. Take out management is severely lacking and behind the times. It's insane to me that it's 2022 and they have still not switched to online ordering. I am a local that lives in the neighborhood but will probably never go back due to multiple negative experiences.

I placed a vey large order just a day in advance and they had it ready when I arrived. They also helped me take it to my car. Everything was delicious. I’m very impressed with their presentation and final product!

Always a wonderful time when coming here! Prices are cheap but that doesn't take away any of the great flavor they pack into their tacos! Truly a favorite spot and would highly recommend!

Really good food at good prices! The burritos were tasty, although the napalm burrito wasn't spicy whatsoever. Also, no bathrooms, had to buy water and wash my hands with that.

Great bang for your buck. We get it about once every two weeks for almost a year now. Food is consistently fresh and prepared well. The people running the place are always friendly and get the order right.

I emailed Poco Loco on 5/12 to reserve the truck for a party on 8/27. I confirmed the time, etc and they asked me to a mail a check for the deposit. I mailed a check the next day. As of 5/31 The check hadn’t been cashed and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I sent a follow up email. They emailed me back, claimed they never got the check, and told me they gave away the date to a walk in. They didn’t even try to reach out to me at any point and didn’t set any expectation that they would give away the date with no warning. Had, they communicated this at all I would’ve brought in cash or used a card.
