I have been working with this office to work on scheduling my procedure and I must say they are awesome and accommodating. Today I finally had my procedure and it went amazing! Dr. Polacek has a great way of explaining the procedure before, during and after. She made me feel extremely comfortable and even cracked a few jokes which put me even more at ease. I can not wait to continue to do business here. Wonderful place do not think twice just book with them NOW!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Polacek. She is amazing. I have gotten fillers and botox there for years. Great results while still looking natural. I call her an artist. I had a chemical with Polacek and I could not be more disappointed. When I had my appointment their many focus was on selling me products and additional services that were not a necessity. In addition, to this my chemical peel was not done properly due to the fact that over a week and I hadn’t experienced any peeling. When I call the office to share my concerns they were very dismissive. They didn’t even offer me any solutions to my issue or a refund.

Dr. Polacek and staff are by far the most professional and kindest office I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit! The products for skincare and treatments for sun damage or lines are amazing and you can trust Dr. Polacek has your best interest for beauty! I recommend whole heartedly this office and trust all the recommendations she advises. A true asset in the fountain of youth!

I have been seeing Beth for clear and brilliant treatments and the results have been great. She is kind and knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable during the service. I will continue to go back to her for years to come.

I have gone to this location twice in the past 6 months for the Rejuvenize Chemical Peel due to left over acne/post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and I have to say that the results were amazing! All of my acne scars have gone away! I have not had any breakouts since, and my hyperpigmentation has faded considerably where it is no longer visible! Beth Walker was my aesthetician and she was awesome, she took the time to ask me about my concerns and gave me her recommendations on what skin products to use. She also put me on a skin routine that I still follow to this day! I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Had a Fraxel laser procedure with Beth Walker. Amazing results! Beth is a true professional with years of knowledge on skin care. She is so easy to talk to. Beth went over everything ahead of time in detail so I knew what to expect during and after the procedure. The sun spots are gone! My skin looks amazing. And will continue to improve. Beth also knows the science for skin care products to keep your skin looking healthy. Don’t skip this part. So happy to have found this office (great staff) and Beth.

I had fraxel done to my face twice. The results were okay but I felt it wasn’t done thoroughly both times. I had barely any swelling or peeling the first time and felt it was not done well around the eyes so the second time I asked to concentrate on the wrinkles around the eyes of course and was more satisfied the second time around. I guess I feel like I could have gotten better results from 2 treatments than I did.
There was little discussion about results and I was told if I didn’t feel like I needed the follow up appointment I didn’t need to keep it.
What? ! I had previously told her I was interested in fillers. I felt dismissed. Don’t you want your clients to come back to their follow up visit anyway but also to see what they want for continuing services?

I met with crystal for my consultation and treatment of cool sculpting. Upon the consultation, she was friendly and as she went over the information giving me as much time as needed to ask questions. Upon treatment day she took excellent care of me, talking me through each step, ensuring my comfort. She was professional, courteous and an asset to Dr. Polaceks' team. If needed I will return for more treatments.

I have been going to see Dr. Polacek for 3 years. She spends time examining my face so that she can give me the best possible results. She truly is an artist with her placement. (I get botox and filler)
I tell her every time I see her that coming to her has been " life changing " for me.
She is truly fantastic! Her staff is warm, helpful and inviting.

I have been seeing Dr. Polacek since 2001 for Botox injections to my forehead, usually every 12-18 months. I have delayed due to concern about Covid, but after 26 months I could no longer stand to look in the mirror. Even after all that time, Dr. Polacek’s expertise produced the desired results. Aside from Dr. Polacek’s complete professionalism and knowledge, I simply enjoy seeing her and having a conversation. I felt safe at the practice as they have established a routine to keep us safe. Highly recommended.

Update: i had my first Coolsculpting treatment with Crystal just yesterday. I am sore today, but look forward to the results in several weeks. Though I cannot at this point review results, I can review Crystal. Simply put, she is wonderful. It is obvious that she is knowledgeable, very professional, and cares about her patients. I felt very comfortable with her, and knew that I was in good hands. In addition, she is a person who is “real” and that sense adds to the level of comfort in her treatment room. Thank you, Crystal.

I go to see Dr. Polacek about every eight months to get some Juvederm filler. I love how it looks after about a week. Everything settles in and looks so smooth. I would definitely recommend going to her. She's the best.

Experience makes a difference, I've gotten botox before and they shot me up with too much making my forehead really heavy and hard to do eye make up. Dr. Polacek made it perfect and knew exactly what went wrong before. One of my eyebrows is slightly higher than the other and she evened me out. Again experience makes a huge diff, will never go to anyone else.

Moving back to RI from Miami, it was very hard for me to Trust a new surgeon. I knew I was in good hands when spoke to Nikki. She was polite, professional, and got me in right away. Dr. Polacek and her team are the best at what they do! BETH is my aesthetician, and she has knocked to years off my face.she is the best of the best, and I can't express enough graiitude for her care. You get what you pay for, and with the girls there you get what you pay for and more!

Having just retired at 65 I began to realize how much I had neglected my skin over the years. My face had quite a few wrinkles and my cheeks looked sunken in. I had heard about Dr. Polacek and Beth Walker from a friend who has been going there for years so a few months ago I took the giant leap and went in for a consultation. Dr. Polacek was so fantastic! I had Botox and fillers for my face and I am so thrilled with the results. I then talked to Beth and we decided together that the best next step was a procedure on my face that improves tone, texture and radiance. Fraxel, a resurfacing treatment. I was blown away with the results! This treatment reduced my fine lines and wrinkles, diminished the appearance of age spots and improved the appearance of my sun-damaged skin. I could see the results almost immediately. My face is brighter and I look so much more youthful! I highly recommend this procedure to everyone. Thank you Dr. Polacek and Beth Walker! You are my heroes!

I recently visited the Polacek Center and had a chemical peel done by Beth. This has always been one of my favorite procedures because you see results pretty quickly. Within a couple days, the skin peels, and you are left with fresh, glowing, tightened skin. I really appreciate Beth's exceptional knowledge, skill and expertise when it comes to creating the best plan, for my individual skin care needs. She really knows her stuff, a master and perfectionist for sure. Additionally she has a great personality, thoughtful and funny too. It's always an enjoyable visit when I see Beth, even during Covid.which by the way they have you covered. PPE, sanitizing, screening. I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay. Truly a 5 Star Experience!

Dr Polacek is a brilliant physician who is extremely knowledgable about her area of practice. She created a friendly, open atmosphere conducive to being properly able to evaluate options openly and honestly. I appreciated her honesty, experience and her ability to be forthright without seeming overly clinical. Her evaluation is based on her experience with multiple procedures so she is well versed in both surgical and non surgical procedures. She enjoys what she does and it shows. Her staff is very accommodating and understanding.

Dr Polachek is wonderful. She is very professional, listens to your needs but also will assist you with what is best.

I have met with Dr. Polacek a few times now and although I was nervous, she put me immediately at ease.
She is a calming presence of knowledge and listens well. I appreciate how she has helped me look more rested. I have also had 3 sessions with Beth Walker who is amazing! Her clear explanation of the Clear & Brilliant treatment and what to expect was spot on. Her passion for her work shines through her lovely personality. Lastly, they have done an excellent job navigating the Covid situation.the offices are spotless,
distancing, hand washing etc lets me know they are seriously making sure we are all safe and I really appreciate that!
