I love the way the hairdresser Mercedes took care of me. Very pleasant, very professional and did a wonderful job on my hair.

Pain is not beauty! Literally the my scalp was burnt by the hair clips under the dryer which was extremely hot. Took picture of burns and had to get a few treated due to degree of burns. Staff were not attentive to clients. Hair was excessively pulled when being washed and set. Will never go back!

Air gets too stuffy with hair spray and scents. Need better ventilation.
