The male night manager so wack, i used to be a regular but since he been there my meals that I paid for is always different but I always ask for the same thing, today he missed the biscuit. I always feel like I have to watch him

Went to order some chicken and it took a little longer than expected. No problem! The staff are amazing, and we're very intentive to my wait. Would highly recommend. The manager was awesome i believe her name was Tonya.

Idk if the worker was high, but I told her I ordered a mobile pickup 3 times until the manager had to ask what I was waiting for. Prolly waited 35mins for nuggets

The service was fast. The food is just like other Popeye. The place is in bad shape, the restroom is locked, and "out of service".

I got there as they were getting ready to close. I got the last serving of chicken strips. The chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. Loved it!

This place has prompt service, and of course delicious food. They need scanners there to scan the rewards QR code for customers who didn't order ahead on the app so they can still get their points.

I was a little disappointed. I got the tenders, and the texture of the chicken was weird. Kind of rubbery. Also, the taste was a little gamey. Some pieces tasted not so fresh. The biscuit was really good.

The ordering app never works! The the manager all ways in an attitude! Never going to Smith St Popeyes again!

Og Chicken is good, service could definitely be better. And when u walk in and see boxes in dining room piled high taking up 2 to 3 booths it's not professional.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager's attitude was absolutely disgusting, yelling and swearing at a customer who came to pick up a grubhub order. I also had to wait approx. 40 minutes for my food which is insane for a 5 piece tender meal and mashed potatoes and my tenders weren’t even cooked all the way. Very unprofessional.

The food was fine, the staff looked miserable, the little manager with the big fake eyelashes and nasty attitude ruined any kind of pleasant part of this visit. Who berates their staff and criticizes a customer's food choice directly in front of the customer and thinks that's good customer service? By the way lady, my toddlers won't eat freaking chicken so yeah they got Mac and cheese. Deal with it. And quit screaming at those poor people while you sit and chill. I don't care how bad your day is, you don't treat people like that. You need to be fired.

I always get great service here. Today I visited and notice the cooks were suffering in the back. They had no air circulation in the back at all. That’s not fair! The food was great as usual.

I ordered an original non spicy fish sandwich and mac and cheese when I came home I got the spicy fish sandwich and mashed potatoes and I only live right around the corner from the Popeye's on Smith Street in Providence I went in because they got my order completely wrong they gave me the spicy fish sandwich and mashed potatoes and gravy oh, I spoke to the assistant manager who is on the counter told me that they don't carry non spicy fish sandwiches and she gave me quite an attitude she's a little short black girl and she had a manager shirt on give me attitude because her staff messed up my order and then she lied to me and told me that they don't have non spicy fish sandwiches I am going to contact corporate because the way that I was treated when I went back to return the food that I didn't order with my receipt and the attitude I received when I went there as a customer was intolerable I have been working for customer service for 25-30 years never would I ever treat my guests the way I was treated today at the Popeye's on Smith Street in Providence

The food was flavorless, and barely lukewarm. The attitude of the server was awful. NOT a way to run a business!
Will NOT be going back.

My go to for fast food chicken when in the area! Fast and delicious like always with great staff. Anytime there’s an issue which rarely happens the manager always makes sure I leave satisfied!

Their employees were very respectful and courteous.
The manager assisted and replaced my order after a small misunderstanding. Amazing customer service my go to Popeyes in the area!

We’re in some pretty rough times right now. As a healthcare worker I always want something quick to eat, which is what I got at Popeyes! The manager is always nice and willing to help with some mix ups (it happens yah know). I’ve seen how she interacts with her customers and myself as well and I’ll tell yah she is the chicken queen. Some boxes are around, but hey it’s hard to stock and get rid of things when you’re in a busy location. Love going back to see the Popeyes crew on Smith Street!

We tried the Smith Street location for the first time. Plenty of parking, clean dining area. Clean & neat behind the counter, too. For some reason, they have had to cordon off a portion of their dining room to store boxes. Maybe not enough space out back?

We arrived around 3pm and they were steady busy. Still, they managed to get everybody in & out in record time! Crazy Quick, Accurate Service. The manager jumped on register and she was very friendly and helpful. The crew people were smiling and cheerful.

Our food was Hot, Correct and Delicious!
Also, the prices were Very Reasonable.
Much lower than the Turnpike or Truck Stop.

*The only tough thing, about this location, is trying to leave. Streets are old & narrow and traffic is heavy.

Without a doubt, this was our Best Popeye's Experience - Ever.

Unfortunately this is a sad excuse for a Popeyes I understand there’s a lot of young kids working and they work hard and I appreciate that but the manager with the blonde hair and tattoo on her forearm is incredibly rude and ignorant and shouldn’t be working with the public as long as she’s the face of this restaurant i would prefer eating from a dumpster and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way because she certainly can’t be good for business and I’m referring to the Popeyes on smith st in providence and according to quite a few other reviews I’m definitely not the only one who feels this way this store is not worthy of the Popeyes franchise name and it’s also almost always filthy inside
