7The new team has proven to be accommodating and helpful. The facility is always clean and accessible.
After many great years renting units from Anchor Storage with no issues, and only wonderful interactions, Prime storage bought the business. I was given one month’s notice that my monthly unit rent is increasing by $33. This is in addition to the $15/month they automatically added for insurance when they switched over. Prime Storage should have at the very least given customers more warning on this second amount so we could decide if we want to stay at the facility with the $48/month total increase. Very disappointed and missing Ann, Sue and the rest of the wonderful women at Anchor.
Wonderful people. Very easy process. Extremely clean facility. Buildings are well lit so you feel safe. Elevators available to access 2nd floor. Large push carts to move big items. Staff even called several days after rental just to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Will continue to use while our daughter attends URI.
Anchor Self Storage in Narragansett is a very professional establishment. The premises is clean and secure. Anne and Jamie are personable and accommodating. I highly recommend:)
Not good. I showed up to my unit one day and there was an eighth to quarter inch of water on the floor. The staff and owner did not care and did nothing to resolve it. No offer of another unit.no offer of a refund.wouldn't even come look at it. Very strange and irresponsible business practice. As they told me, "store at your own risk". And based on my experience, the risk is high. Hopefully this review saves you from some property damage. My stuff was all moldy and rusty.
This place is great.very clean.the staff is very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend Anchor Self Storage!
Moving is never fun, but Jamie made the whole experience awesome! She went way above and beyond with her customer service. The units are clean and secure and pricing is very competitive. Love that we could use their truck to move in. Thanks Jamie and Anne! Would definitely recommend.
