First they will bait and switch you with their ad.

Extremally pushy with phone calls. They will call you none stop, from all different numbers. They will call once fast hang up call again, and they never leave messages, they will also call you from blocked numbers

They offer 10% off if you buy the windows that day, if that isn't enough they will call someone and they can give you more off, then a day later they call you and they have a promo and want to set up another meeting. They quoted us around 20k for 10 windows installed.

Shop local and find a local handyman.

Do you want to be bombarded with constant sales calls? Just call Pro Edge! Even after you tell them you're not interested in their very expensive product, they'll call you twice a day to try and change your mind. Finding another company to do the job at equal quality for a lower price was easy, getting that through Pro Edge salesman's heads was not. Not to mention, just to get a simple estimate for 3 windows took them two hours in person at my house. Time I will never get back.

Do not follow up, do not return phone calls, have broken window have called 6 times to have it repaired, warranty issues, no one returns calls, all calls go to voice mail!

Still do not have window, paid in June for my window. Call once a week, no one follows up, called today, no one aware, pushed to Linda’s voicemail.
Absolutely dissatisfied with this company’s lack of standing by there product and customer service!

Very professional. The windows are exactly as expected. Our house is almost hundred years old so any window has to be custom.

I have been trying to get a warranty issue resolved since April of this year. It is now August. I have made numerous phone calls. I have spoken and left voicemail messages to numerous people. The response I got was that they make numerous Windows daily and when the window comes in they would let me know. They couldn't tell me how long this could take. All I need is one section of a double hung window. It could be made in a day. Very tired of calling and trying to get a warranty issue completed.

The entire experience from initial meeting and installation was smooth and easy. All workers were efficient and clean, professional and as well friendly. They just installed 5 new windows and I love them and am currently in the process of ordering 11 more! I’m so excited. Thank you to Nathan the sales rep who took quality time to give me the information and offer me a great deal. If anyone is looking to do business with Proedge ask for Nathan.

We choice ProEdge for our first project and it went very well. We are happy to be moving forward with them again for the last few remaining windows in our home. And, thank you to Nathan for his amazing help and giving us a great deal!

The on site supervisor was very considerate and even made sure his employees were not using foul language around my children. The work was fast and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. They did 18 windows in one day even though everyone of them had been initially installed incorrectly which made them difficult to remove.

I can't get over how amazing pro edge is. From the moment Jen came out and walked us through how good the windows are I was sold. Add in that the installers should really be called artisans because of how careful and dedicated they are to their craft and the experience was amazing. You can do windows by payment, or finance and do some at a time.

And I promise you when they say it will save in your bill they are 100% telling you the truth. My install was mid March my April bill came in lower and I fell out of my chair when my coned bill this month was even lower. I went back to check and my bill is 75% of what it had been even against same month last year.

And I haven't even done all the windows yet. Because that's what's great. You can do some at a time and instead of paying all at once you can finance or put a deposit down. I have a super old house (built in 1855) and my windows before looked crooked. Now I can't get over how great it all looks. And I can't wait for my next set to see how much further down this bill goes!

I never expected buying new windows to be this much fun
